herbier, that was an odd post, ramped up with no warning ? everyone locked out ?? You mean everyone siting on the sidelines waiting for the perfect entry @ the perfect price with no risk ?? The other " investors " who were already IN were not locked out they were locked in lmao !! How is it so difficult sometimes ???
.
I was actually just trying to say how it's hardly surprising those looking in from outside are dubious about the prospects if they just give this a quick look, others expressing surprise people are not piling into it.
One thing is certain we are being sold.........just a matter of time, but I agree we are at the very close to the end. Anyone who is crazy enough to short this better close like yesterday or end up like JUB Capital !
These changes in BOD roles have even made to facilitate the final stages.......everyone should be loading up if they haven't already !
According to Septic Lil when She was queuing for her Nautical Benefits she noticed Jub Capital signing on for jobseekers ,
When I asked her how did you know it was them ,
She replied , well they were very short, reeked of burning flesh & kept pressing the door button accidentally
Perhaps a tiny Rum all round
Benji In complete agreement with you.
S.p up over 3000% in last 12 months....nobody likes to see the s.p go down, but I'd much rather re-trace from over 25p than 5p.
The chat is exactly the same tone as it was around 5p.....the genuine holders who have faith in their investment are still here, just trying to make some honest cash for themselves and their family.....unfortunately the tools are still here (under different names ofcourse) talking the same old bull.
If you wish others well, I wish you well too.
Good luck to all holders!
Hate to say it but your right. Look at JUB. Complete gamblers and lost. Bit thick going short on a top stock. Will get burnt.... bankrupt and possibly debt so high be paying it back for years.
Truth is this co-ordinated big money shorting takes all power away from the PI. The PI is not wrong in thinking this is a bargain but which PI is wlling to wait through months of shorting and decling SPs in order ro reap profit from the eventual gap up when the afforementioned complete bas**ards have closed and then gap the rice up - and the answer is few. It has always been this way. Look at ORPH and OKYO today in the bio sector - remped up last 30 mins no warning everyone locked out. It will happen here, and at GGP and at CNR and everywhere else. The MMs and their rich illegitimate bride paying budies know exaclty what they are about. Just accept it.
I know, it's a shame you didn't
37% down from where it was a couple of weeks ago, is it any wonder investors are not piling into this. If I'd found this today rather than 4 to 5 weeks ago I would have took one look at the chart and run a mile.
I still can't understand why everyone isn't piling into this share.... There is nothing better at the moment.
Hi GLG,
Very much the way I see it.
If it's multi party deal then the split and price will be the hardest part of the deal.
just sounds like a statement made by someone who knows a deal is coming and will be concluded eventually - I guess that is what I was trying to say Calamari, I grant you may be correct in terms of timings though to be fair.
Fair point calamari, but it's a big boost to us all that they are still there in their multiples, it means a deal should be able to be struck and is possibly even a case of various parties waiting for each other to make the first move who knows? Not us. Could also still be waiting on resource data, or trying to work out who will be doing what in some mega JV.
It's all guesswork but that's all we have here and can just try and pick at the RNS to understand where we are at. The board shuffle and him being in to "secure the deal" to me sounds like it's not stalled or anything along those lines anyway.
Calamari....
Where does 'JN' say, ''I will continue to work on a deal'' ?
As far as I can see he stated, ''I will continue to work with our advisers on the
sales process of the company and it's world class assets
Montechundra and West Kytlim etc etc''.
If you are going to quote members of the board please quote
them accurately and not in a manner that serves nothing but your negative
stance. Cheers.
Read what I said. What do you want ds to say. “The sale is almost done”
Fergg I hope your right as I am all in here but I don't see anything bad or good from the rns. Just need to wait.
I invested at a penny of course I have high confidence but no expectations.
dufry why would multiple parties still be at the table if a deal wasn't close? They'd have left any time of the last 3 months if pricing or expectations weren't being met? It's crazy to think any of these companies would want another 3 months of this (IMHO) so on that basis I would say a deal is close. Obviously none of us actually know but seems more favourable than bad from the wording of the last RNS
Calamari - no he doesn't, he says he will "continue to work on the sale process....securing a deal beneficial to our shareholders" - that is quite different IMO
Dealer how do you know the deal is almost done? How do you know there is a deal?
Green box me.
But your just making guesses like most on this board in hope.
What should he say. The deal is almost done.
No Calamari, is states:
James Nieuwenhuys, Eurasia's CEO and Executive Director: "In my new capacity as CEO and Executive Director I will continue to work with our advisers on the sale process of the Company and its world class assets, Monchetundra and West Kytlim, leveraging my relationships made over more than 40 years in the mining industry and securing a deal beneficial to our shareholders".
At the point of the RNS coming out none of us knew what status the FSP was at (I for one was worried it was not going too well) so the fact that multiple parties were STILL at the table, so it was very definitive for me in that sense and a massive relief if I'm honest.
These companies EUA, UBS, CITIC, and the multiple parties around the table won't want this to drag on forever they all have other business to attend to afterall! So the fact they're all still here to me is pretty definitive reading that a sale is close. If it was a million miles out of someones expectations or price they wouldn't be here still would they by now!
"leveraging my relationships made over more than 40 years in the mining industry" sounds he has some reputation and plenty of contacts too that should all work in our favour as well now he is perhaps orchestrating things more. I still expect he will continue in a role with the new company/JV and that was all part of the reason for the re-shuffle.
