Amazing how this site removes so many posts so quickly , but to get it to run correctly for 24 hours seems impossible
The Tweenies has just started on tv I just noticed see so we might get a 15 min break from the derampers ,, then they will be back
Shows the level of M&A deals that UBS get involved with. Does anyone know if UBS were on a similar success fee basis for that deal?
GLA
£3b sale of KAZ with UBS involvement, nice little warm up for them.
If mm's drop the SP further......its simple I'll just buy more.
Read the RNS info and scale of production is what I believe not taking advice/info from someone who's not invested!!!
Citic & UBS wouldn't agree on a no sale no fee basis if they thought a deal wasn't in the Billions......especially with the fees the normally ask for.
DLA is not a registered charity.........and believe me they aren't cheap !
News isn't too far away now.
The good thing is that every time the space cadet replies to this post it goes back to the top of the board.
The KAZ sale is a positive glimpse into what may be our own fate. GLA
Purchase are you sure it's a 5km walk? With your number skills I hope it's not actually a 4km pier for your sake ;)
Much love.
So, PATT, now you want to mine stars?
We are only speaking of mining Palladium in Russia but if you want to start a company to mine stars maybe you should indeed speak to Musk. He might be interested. I don't think anyone here is.
Anyway, if you don't think this company has a positive future and are not invested AND think the sale value is half the current MC, why are you here then again? To save us?
Don't bother.
MS
So PATT, how much do you recon 40mln Oz of palladium is worth then?
I would say 40mln*USD2340= Usd 93.6 bln. And that is only the palladium.
Surely you agree that we have to compare asset value and turnover comparison is utterly useless in this case...
MS
@PATT you are confusing sitting on the internet trolling all day for having a life.
Mcap: "I am currently £760m"
PATT: "EuA OnLy WoRtH £400m"
PATT you are confusing profits for value here, by your own theory Tesla is worth about £1?
We’re clearly worth more than £400m
I Probably didn’t word that Brilliantly, I know we’re not bigger production wise but do we have similar value in terms of what’s in the ground?
Only 25% premium on s p though, hope we get more than that
well if we sold for 3b our sell price will be £1.10. i will be happy with that
Haven’t looked at KAZ, are we bigger than them?
Also the rerate of share price to just 1.3% from the offer
UBS acting as advisors there too!!
Just shows the potential of a big number here
Interesting to read the rns as to what we may expect, i found most interesting the time between the offer and the rns

Excellent news...
Investment co Nova resources BV reached an agreement on wednesday to buy Kazans minerals plc the Kazakhstan copper producer for £3B.
Thats for a copper mine! I have no idea of their resources but we have a lot of PGM so hope for a significantly higher sale price here.
