Not surprising, since the first allegation it was always an attempt to grab it on a free, Esken defend it and they fire more shots ?
They know the worth
All IMO
I reckon the equity is worth zero to be honest mate-very clear what Carlyle’s intentions are and it’s not for shareholders
Just one point to add, I do have a huge amount of sympathy for private investors who are continually misled by company directors causing them to lose their savings through deceitful behaviour. My guess is all the allegations about breaches will be proven correct and the bod with held that info - we shall see. Good luck to you all.
This reminds me of the death throws of DDDD where the company was put into admin because of a technical breach ,Shorters etc made money out of its demise and management knew they were in breach but kept it quiet. As and ex flybe shareholder I have no sympathy for this company becasue of its role in shafting us. Karma has just landed at LSA it seems.
Well trust me to buy in here yesterday - only a small starter, but certainly bad timing.
Mcap of less than £5mm now - shold I add more lol?
GLA SR
Well it’s pretty clear there is a breach, albeit a technical one-probably interest covenants.
This is heading towards administration in my opinion with Carlyle taking Southend-the bondholders will likely get nothing.
Get out while you can-it’s toast
The convertible loan has a maturity date of August 2028. There have been no payment defaults by LSA in relation to the convertible loan agreement and LSA cashflow has been in line with expectations. Esken and LSA are investigating the validity of the alleged breaches in conjunction with advisers.
Very well spotted. Strong buy at this level.
TR1 coming
Buys coming in......
Even another new partner has joined AeroItalia from Southend for the summer, enter Mann Link starting off with trips to Denmark.
Looks like expansion well underway for Europe now with Switzerland, France, Holland, Spain and Italy also all covered-starting to look very good, and a great opportunity to buy in at this price before other routes are added.
Yup, this goes for 15-20p IMO
LSA is back in action
Need the bond to be renegotiated but a chance a bid comes in any time too.
All IMO
As detailed in the Group's interim results published on 29 November, Esken is making good progress in respect of addressing the maturity and terms of the Exchangeable Bond and towards the sale of its non-core assets. As such, Esken is continuing to progress the process to seek a new owner for LSA, with a view to crystallising shareholder value through securing the right long-term partner, who both recognises the inherent strategic opportunity and is best placed to support future growth.
Saw on digi bought these two times 26th June & 1st July 2020 might have been stobart .
Nearly wiped out in fund raise 26/8/21. today's price 1p my bep 31p
Below posts around the time Toscafund Asset Management still appear to hold.
Not enough volume here for a pump and dump and spread too wide too, it'll be one that does a few hundred % at a time before the herd arrive, probably at 15-20p+ levels depending on the deal.
All IMO

Look at the POS chart, expecting a mirror scenario.... matching so far from 2020 just need the big rally they almost did 15x from low
All IMO
Patience needed here, low volume big spread will deter traders, only be in it if you want to hold for a 15-20x + and willing to risk bust
There will be big moves in time, eitherway
All IMO
The bid price as just move up , being offered 1.01 to sell now via Halifax
