Konsberg are a great partner to bring to the table. Give it time and let MMs steal from the weak... GLA
10 trades, 10 sells
This is perfect timing with the big boys cutting back on new projects and everyone trying to squeeze more value out of their current assets. GLA
Many shares in issue most thought this was dead and buried with todays rns its looking for a massive turnaround gla.
start + 40% gla.
Lets see what the market thinkshttp://www.investegate.co.uk/enegi-oil-plc--eneg-/rns/marginal-field-initiative-update/201504140700080760K/gla..
The balls starting to roll !!!!!!!!
Nice to see it close on the 1p mark, should be interesting tomorrow GLA
Usually if the SP rises without any reasons the company sends RNS saying there was no reason for the SP change. Let's hope good news tomorrow!
Agree, must be something in the pipeline for a 50% rise on no news.
More's the pity !
Definitely not being talked up.
Some nice trades at around a penny here...sniff of news perhaps as volume seems good
News From August last year, could it be the buyer for Newfoundland interests A fairly busy week in the oil and gas junior space saw Enegi Oil (LON:ENEG) unveil plans to focus more closely on its marginal fields initiative, which aims to exploit the potential of the North Sea’s smaller, less economic oil opportunities. In a statement to investors this week, chairman Alan Minty said the group is considering an offer to “partially divest” itself of its interests in western Newfoundland. Minty said the bid, from an unnamed potential buyer, is “subject to due diligence and detailed contractual negotiation”. At the same time, Enegi is considering whether to take full control of ABT Oil & Gas, which has developed the technology required to successfully exploit marginal oil fields.

Thanks I will look into that one, I used to work for them! GLA
Are they still working with wood group? Or has nothing happened with that as wood group has a bug contract with total.
Good time to average down, it's moving fast.
I'm the same.. just topped up.. trying to average..
1.25 on order book
I'm thinking big contract or takeover, all the big boys are on cost cutting exercises this year with the low oil price. Worth a punt to me. GLA
without news!
· Strategy focused on utilising redeployable engineering solutions that reduce Opex and Capex to build a portfolio of low risk highly appraised marginal assets · Continuing focus on the development of portfolio through ABT Oil and Gas Ltd. ("ABTOG"). · Building a consortium of "like-minded" major industry players to take forward the Company's Marginal Field Initiative - completion of ongoing discussions expected to lead to a dramatic upturn in activity · New approach for development of western Newfoundland assets based upon an incremental investment plan centered on an Early Field Development ("EFD") · Increasing industry focus on cost reduction expected to drive operators to consider alternative approaches to field development - ABTOG's solutions and methods are appropriate for this · Further projects expected to be added to portfolio · Lower oil price environment increases the number and size of projects that can be potentially developed using our low Opex / Capex solutions · Lower oil price environment increases the attractiveness of our solutions for projects, with returns significantly increasing as oil price strengthens
I'm sitting on a big loss on these I hope there's some good news coming. Might top up.
