Load of sh-te
....but this is highly likely to go lower between now and the end of June and anyone thinking of getting in /averaging down will likely do so cheaper between now and end of June, particularly as I expect a placement in April, early May as we can't get the money back we are owed.
Dawto,
If you are going to respond to the question, then at least answer the question!!
Edenville are currently.......................
Edenville are paying wages to people to stockpile run of mine coal, however Edenville can't wash coal as the coal is too wet.
Edenville are having to spend money they barely have to barely maintain the legitimacy of having a mining licence.
Edenville I imagine are paying for legal advice "Based on legal advice received" unless they give away legal advice foe free in Tanzania?
Again I imagine we are paying legal fees to try to get back £180,000, which may well be spent on the legal fees Edenville are paying to get the £180,000 back, which may.... you get the point.
Over almost 3 months Edenville generated £34,500 in revenue, which I imagine went to pay the individuals in the digger and dumper that were stockpiling the wet coal wet can't wash as it's too wet.
How much of the £400,000 placing do they have left I wonder. Based on the fact they had to do a placing I imagine Tony's cool £1m has evaporated.
Edenville are not going to producing any coal in volume until at least June 2023, and payment there after.
Oh and down another 9.5% today and into the 4.xp range, and yes we may drop through the tuppence point and become sub-decimal again. For me that is now certainly a reality.
So after all I listed, the price falling for three days running, I'll ask the question again. Does it matter much who are the major shareholders, how much they hold and if they had a TR1? Because even if the major shareholders changed, issued numerous TR1's I don't see it having a positive impact on Edenville's share price.
Unless of course anyone thinks that it is the names of the major shareholders and their associated TR1s that are driving the price currently? As I think it has more to do with the fact that Edenville are just s hit at coal!!!!!!!
Coming back to the old price. Slowly But Surely
Saus,
"....Does it matter much who are the major shareholders, how much they hold and if they had a TR1?...."
I will humbly suggest that it matters hugely, as GreenWolf says the total lack of rules policing that goes on with AIM shares would be laughable if it wasn't borderline criminal. The number of "wide-boys" and charlatans gaming the current system would make a prison warden blush and the fact that someone like you, who habitually complains of non-transparent, inaccurate and downright un-truthful RNS's , would ask such a question highlights (to me) the core of the problem.
"Have I missed anything?" - Thursday's positivity....!
Only joking Sausage, you know that.
No, you've covered off a fair few things there.
In just under 4months, our BoD has singlehandedly managed to halve our MCap. That is one heck of an achievement.
Does it matter much who are the major shareholders, how much they hold and if they had a TR1?
At the moment it very much has a feeling of people shuffling the chairs on the Titanic.

Have I missed anything?
I must be missing something and I really don't mean to be pedantic or difficult.
My reading of the release dated 21/01/22 is that Tavira Securities Limited ("Tavira") is broker to the Company but Brandon Hill is 5.9% shareholder.; how does that imply that the broker to the Company is a shareholder?
There are no other TR1s post 6th December except for Spreadex, Cantor and RAB.
So where is his holding post 6th December acquisition?
Where's John Story's TR1? Tony Buckingham?
I've said several times that there is no reason to have any confidence in so called major shareholders in these AIM stocks. None. And I wouldn't advocate buying, selling or holding based upon information which is sketchy at best.
If you look at previous Holding in the company you will see that he was part of Brandon Hill who used to be broker and his part of that holding was disclosed .
And then again when the brokership moved to Tavira his holding was disclosed
The subsequent placings etc show that the holdings are still in place ,therefore the broker to this company still has skin in the game on this stock .
And for the record I'm not saying that's a reason to be buying or selling the stock you all make your own minds up on that one .
But that is not a TR1 issued in Oliver Stansfield 's name?
Absolutely Bullish - I have my Edenville shares in different places. I've never quite got to a reporting threshold but I have been close on a couple of, potentially stupid, occasions in the past.
But I dont recall seeing TR1s against all these major shareholders. Maybe I missed them?
I was genuinely interested in your views given your background as a market maker at two brokers and a city man with forty plus years experience. It seems very cloak and daggers to me.
if you follow the trail its there

Edenville Energy Plc
("Edenville" or the "Company")
Appointment of Broker
Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tavira Securities Limited ("Tavira") as broker to the Company. Tavira has recruited senior personnel that managed the Edenville relationship for the Company's former broker, Brandon Hill Capital Limited ("Brandon Hill"), including Oliver Stansfield who is an approximate 5.2% shareholder in the Company. Brandon Hill has confirmed in writing its ongoing support to the Company in its capacity as an approximate 5.9% shareholder.
BB,
So, I suppose the logical question is: Did he issue a TR1 and, if so, when?
Stock can be held in numerous places in different nominees and still have the same beneficial owner
However if your accumulative holding is more than 3% you have to put out a TR1
So why is it missing from our website Bullish? That's my question. I know it was in the RNS - I quoted that RNS in my post.
It is a fund to fund
It was done at the middle price at the time
If it were fund to fund it wouldn't drop the price almost 9%.
It's not £600 it's £63,000 sold, hence down 8.7%
Look at the last few weeks... we have only been going in one direction. And with much smaller amounts...
8.7% on 600 quids worth of sells don't ring right though
If it were 2 trades, both sells, I can assure you the first would have made a dent in the price!!!... however both are at the mid price (5.25p).
What makes you say that ? And if so why such a big drop on nothing
its a fund to fund
8.7% drop points to a sell?
