here? The two governments need all the tax revenue they can get from stamp duty and Corporation Tax.
Have just recieved notification from the Irish DWT Collector- Generals Division that my claim is to be repayed. The process for Certificate holders is reasonably easy. 1.Obtain a copy of "Exemption Declaration for a Qualifying Non-Resident Individual" from your local tax office. (i asked for the relevent forms by phone) 2.Complete "Irish Dividend Withholding Tax form. Chapter 8A, part 6 (down loaded from the Irish Tax website form DWT CLAIM FORM 1- JUNE 2012 ) Complete the form, enclose the original Dividend payment counterfoils Send to Irish Revenue (address is on the forms) and wait.
Finally received dividend cheque today after 3 or more emails and was told to apply in writing with 25 euro admin fee for replacement cheque which I did, after 3 weeks I still had no reply. Requested a call from them rather than me phoning Dublin they called within 10 minutes. I was told the cheque had not been received and to send replacement. I sent cheque last Saturday and got cheque today along with one of the cheques I had sent. Incidentally the admin cheque has not been presented yet.
I have had a letter from Capita requesting that I pay 50 euros admin for them to reissue the dividend cheque for over £400.for my paper certificated shares. I do not want to pay but seem to have no alternative if I want to receive the dividend.
I have contacted Capita by email without any reply or acknowledgement re the outstanding dividend, has anyone managed to obtain any information from Capita?
i also have not received 20th sept dividend 1 phone call to dublin.cost money 3 emails sent notreplied to and last week sent letter awaiting reply.
I am not an official of any company just a private investor who has not had the latest dividend relating to paper certificate shares. From postings on ADVFN it seems I am not alone and I am interested to know how many others are in the same boat and if, when you advised Capita, you found them to be helpful.
Thanks for your cheerful thoughts but we dont all share your views. If thats all your constructive messages say dont bother in the future keep of this site we dont need you.
After their outrages superficial flirtation with Bowleven. Like many others, I hope this lot continue to fall from the false September highs. Skyfall !
Dr Abdul Jaleel Al Khalifa, CEO, commented: "I am pleased to say that with today's announcement on having secured two platform-based rigs to add to our drilling rig fleet, we have gained more certainty on the drilling programme for 2013. The rigs are to be mobilised shortly after the Dzhygalybeg (Zhdanov) A and B platforms are ready for drilling in 1Q and 2Q 2013, respectively. "In the third quarter of this year we achieved a 13% increase in the gross production compared to the same period last year. The sanding issues were put under control allowing us to restore the gross production to above 70,000 bopd in mid-August and we have been maintaining the production above this level since then. The gross production growth for 2012 is expected to be 10%, a solid result given constrained production in the second quarter of this year. "The US$200 million share buyback programme is ongoing with almost 90% completed. Before the end of the year, we anticipate being able to update the market on the marketing arrangements for exporting our share of the crude oil production and commencement of installation of the Dzhygalybeg (Zhdanov) A platform, among other projects."

Abdul-Jaleel Al-Khalifa, the Chief Executive Officer of Dragon Oil, an international oil and gas exploration, development and production company, added 3,527 shares to his stake in the company on Monday. The CEO, who has held the role since 2008, paid 525.09p per share, handing over a total of £18,520, Tuesday's announcement said. The director now holds 8,241 shares in the company.
Dragon Oil, an international oil and gas exploration, development and production company, said the Dzheitune C/175 well tested at an initial production rate of 1,420 barrels of oil per day (bopd) from the deep layers. The firm made the decision to perforate gas and water formations around shallower levels at a later stage. The rig has now been moved to the Dzheitune A/176 well. The Dzheitune 13/171 well did not yield commercial oil rates, and so is being considered for conversion into a water injector-type well in the Dzheitune 13 area.
as Norman says You have to hold the shares trough the ex-dividend date to receive your ££ http://www.investopedia.com/terms/e/ex-dividend.asp
you have to still hold shares on the ex dividend date to receive a dividend
Hi all, does anyone know, if you sell some shares now, do you lose the dividend value on them? A bit of a novice at the dividend game. Thanks
