Perhaps he would be better of investigating his Mate R Poulsen of Pcge/Wishbone! !!
Nottinghamshire Police would have a hen house full of eggs on their face if they were found to be commissioning a company that was guilty of securities fraud. I`m sure they have a due diligence department that would have done a brief smell test on any partners they wish to collaborate with.
Winnifrith makes a living out of trash talking companies, with sensationalised headlines, so that people then subscribe to his paywall articles to read the whole story. He also has a few disciples who join in the trash talking while they all go short on desirable stocks, and he gets away with it!
Remember, he doesn`t target garbage companies, only ones with high potential.
Maybe his local Police should go and knock on his door and ask to have a look at his computer files to see if he complies with market manipulation rules!
How do you know I haven't..AND I bought low..you posted Akers was selling under one of your many other banned names. Everyone knows your game...you'll be gone again by sunrise.GL.
I would say as well he should be punished if his mud slinging doesn't stick.
I don't like the guy but does this mean they are being investigated? I thought today's rns were positive the pilot is just that but could grow into revenue and Aker's accumulating is positive.A good medium/ long buy and hold.

I contacted the FCA last week about what appears to be blatant market abuse, or possibly even securities fraud, at Dev Clever (DEV) and to its credit it has sent back a non standard reply indicating that it is taking the matter very seriously. As a reminder, Dev did a placing on December 20 2019 and its CEO sold £500,000 shares a month later only to admit in February that sales for the six months to 31 October 2019 were way below forecast. How can a software firm have not had any inkling of that before the placing and CEO share dump. It defies belief.
