Suppose those that want in are IN.
Hoping results are as good as expected.

Can only be positive news on Monday, no director buys on this scale without knowledge. Happy days ahead. Last day to take your seat at the table. Fully expect a tie up here.
3 buys including 300k shares... Hopefully will rise soon enough.
hopefully now they are filled (no wonder it was NT to buy a lot)... it will rise... lets see... last day to place your bets. Undecided myself if holding or selling later... see how it goes.
Morning Babbler2,
Agreed, you only have to look at the bid and offer price at the time of the trades (reported late) and they were obviously buys.
When my trade went through, it was almost at the top of the offer price and although as a time reported trade, it was recorder as a sell.
2x£30k trades... From yesterday... Buys.
Big move up tomorrow ready for 7am news drop on Monday
Apologies, mean't Blabler2.
Shame there isn't an edit button.
Blabber2,
It looks like I was wrong re the market cap, it has now been updated (no doubt due to the last days couple of uplifts in the sp) to 7.1 million.
regards Rooky
I think its hard to find as its titled "Notice of results..."
your "intel" should start with a look at the RNSs - then read the latest one... imo:

Deltex Medical manufactures and markets haemodynamic monitoring technologies. Deltex Medical's proprietary oesophageal doppler monitoring ("ODM") (TrueVue Doppler) is the only technology to measure blood flow in the central circulation in real time. Minimally invasive, easy to set-up and quick to focus, the technology generates a low-frequency ultrasound signal which is highly sensitive to changes in flow and measures such changes in 'real time'. Deltex Medical has been the only group in the enhanced haemodynamic space to build a robust and credible evidence base proving the clinical and economic benefits of its core technology, TrueVue Doppler, which has been demonstrated to reduce complications suffered by patients after surgery and save hospitals the costs of treating those complications.
Deltex Medical's TrueVue System on the CardioQ-ODM+ monitor platform now provides clinicians with two further advanced haemodynamic monitoring technologies. TrueVue Impedance is an entirely non-invasive monitoring technology which creates an electrical field across the chest and measures the disruption to this field when the heart pumps blood. TrueVue PressureWave uses the peripheral blood pressure signal analysis to give doctors information on changes in the circulation and is particularly suited to monitoring lower risk or haemodynamically stable patients.
Group goal
Haemodynamic management is now becoming widely accepted as an important part of the anaesthesia protocol for high risk surgical patients. Consequently, the Group's focus is on maximising value from the opportunities presented, as enhanced haemodynamic management is adopted into routine clinical practice around the world. The Group aims to provide clinicians with a single platform - a 'haemodynamic workstation' - which offers them a range of technologies from simple to sophisticated to be deployed according to the patient's condition as well as the skill and expertise of the user. Doing this will enable the Group to partner healthcare providers to support modern haemodynamic management across the whole hospital.
The Group is currently in the implementation phase of achieving this goal in a number of territories worldwide, operating directly in the UK and the USA - and through distribution arrangements in approximately 40 other countries.
On buying today, I looked at what the IP/patents must be worth against the market cap (looks to be £5 mill checking today's fundamentals) plus dept.
Looked a good bet.
Of course as soon as I pressed the buy button the sp started to take it's usual direction down, but as several have said, Monday is probably crunch time.
The Cl Notes don't just expire... they will get converted at 4p or a lower price when negotiated
Obviously I meant more then a flip of a coin!!
I think it’s less then a flip of a coin. With the directors buys there must be something brewing. If a takeover is imminent the director buys pushing the share price up are a great thing for the buyout price.
Thoguth mcap was 8m now? Doesn't matter. Cln at 4p expire in March. Not that that matters either. What matters is results rns on Monday... Risky yes... But over 3p year high... Its a 50 50 bet
Thanks for your thoughts. Interesting to hear a long term holders views over somebody who has been in Two days!!
Meant to add that my buy was shown as a sell.
After being in and out of this company since it's conception and continually being stung, I have only held a token gesture of just over 12,000 shares for the last couple of year deciding that is was a very poor decision to even leave such a small amount in I had almost decided that I should not allow heart to rule head and get out totally.
This company has continually failed to impress in anything but test results regarding their products.
Poor sales (corner shop stuff) continuing putting out the begging bowl, always promising, but never delivering and yet, I have just increased my holding by quite an amount, mainly due to the director buys plus a gut feeling.
I can't help feeling that with a market cap of just over £5 mill, they are on the verge of a takeover or a tie up with a big brother, something I any many have touted for years.
I can't see a sudden splurge in orders, not after years on drip feeding into many different hospitals, but who knows, sometimes although not a recognised strategy, you have to go with your gut.
PMA. Hoping for good things here.
Got a few more at 1.63... they are putting buys as sell again... right meetings to go to back later to see how much Ive lost ;)
Things looking good for a good rise into Monday. Directors buying significantly makes me feel that Monday can only offer positives.
