Exclusivity Seems To Be The In Vogue Cash Cow For Directors !
28th is Sunday so hopefully we will hear something tomorrow or more likely Monday
Does anyone have a rough idea of the potential resale value of Coos Bay, or if demand exists for such projects? Hard to believe a company focused on recycling single use plastics would want to be involved in a CBM play. Good way to raise some cash and avoid any large initial placings if they could get it sold quickly.
Bored now :(
LOI signed with PET and initial dd to 28 Feb
Speedy
I have found it on the CORE (Irish companies register) but its a paid service so cant see much. I assume they have registered in Ireland because of the better corp tax rates and more generous tax breaks for development/research activities.
Looking into what Poseidon do, it could be a pretty exciting opportunity (EQT and VLS have rewarded investors on a few occasions in the last year or so in the renewables space)

Just on the phone at the mo and can’t find the link.
But the new company was registered in Ireland just about 2 weeks ago.
But the full name was ..
Poseidon Enhanced Technologies Limited
Please could you share a link to the companies house record LCBK? (I cant seem to find it).
So is it the same Mr (Edward) Gillispie, a board member of Poseidon Plastics .. who has set up the newly incorporated Poseidon Enhanced Technologies Limited ?
Potentially not a bad RTO opportunity as Poseidon appear to be connected to some well funded recycling/sustainability projects.

Fingers crossed for a reasonable turn around time!
Yes that is disappointing that after this long period of suspension nothing is resolved. Also going from a takeover by a huge interbank company to a scap start-up. At least its in an interesting sector. Who knows it could do well, if the RTO ever happens.
Well that's a bit left field.
Research needed, but that's not the outcome i was expecting or wanted.
Going to be another 3/6 months suspended it would seem.
Was wondering if any one had heard what's happening.
Surely this long a suspension there must be a deal in progress
"While the parties continue to work constructively towards a potential transaction, there can be no certainty around the length of time required to reach definitive agreement or the likelihood of concluding a potential transaction, that would remain subject to due diligence, agreement on terms, and completion of the acquisition and re-listing of the enlarged group on the Official List," Curzon says.
Waiting also. $34m sunk into this project with miles of pipelines laid and proximal to main network. If the RTO goes ahead, ths should be money to be made. LNG is the green transition fuel of choice and key to countries meeting their 2030 Paris Climate goals.
Been holding this one for a while , surely a suspension for this long only means a rto is inevitable! This is a gem of a pink slip. Happy investing ??
Bruno WU’s current companies on companies house. I am feeling positive on this RTO, why else the share suspension. It’s not a great market for an IPO at the moment this move looks perfect sense to me. LCCM could be huge.

This week Bruno Wu and pretty much all the previous directors of London Critical Metals Market have registered Ares Motors (Europe) Limited with Companies House. Could it be that CZN is their way of getting into the UK EV market with a London listing?

I believe that any RTO deal would have to be voted on and approved by shareholders before it is completed ? Hopefully the next news will be a deal with good terms that will be positive for existing shareholders so we can vote to accept it.
Was just thinking about Curzon today too! Perhaps taking time in getting all ducks completely lined up before announcing the completed deal?...we can hope!
Share suspended for almost 2 months now. This seems like a long time for a share to be suspended !
SUN SEVEN STARS INVESTMENT EUROPE AND MENA LIMITED registered by Bruno Wu a couple of days ago with companies house - https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13103809/officersPotentially of no effect to CZN but certainly interesting that Bruno and Co have been doing a lot of chopping and changing in the last week or so.
