frightened to ask a question now for fear of being a troll for trying to add a little humour earlier...but hear it goes anyway.
Does anyone know much about the company itself. There are only 3 employers listed in the website, interim ceo, cfo and cto and these are the only 3 on LinkedIn as well. The contact address looks residential. Do they outsource all the coding work to a 3rd party ?
The last published accounts show salaries of 500K and LinkedIn says they have between 11-50 staff. I would imagine its 11-15 in total. It's not unusual for tech companies to not have their software dev staff publicly on LinkedIn, in order to avoid them getting headhunted. Not standard practice as its difficult to stop staff listing their employer, but not unheard of. It's also possible it is outsourced but I doubt it.
Looks like it was developed by z/yen.
Do not question CTEA. You'll get labeled a deramper. The questions you ask is exactly why I don't understand peoples faith in this company. It's all very cloak and dagger. I'd suggest its outsourced. No company would tell their staff not to go on LinkedIn and surely one of the devs would be on there.
Crizmo so what your saying is that Mr and Mrs Higgs who have invested over a million in the company are stupid they dont know what they are doing?
lets just say you had a million to invest would you put it in a dodgy company or would you have some knowledge about a company and can see great potential please say
The more I find out, the more confident I am. Z/Yen and ChainZY look more than capable of dev/support of the apps.
i rest my case i liked the company before Mr andMrs Higgs now that they are on board it has boosted my confidence 10 fold . Who ever they are you dont invest over a million by being stupid
I have no clue. But to say someone who invests large sums in a company are sure to be smart and know they are doing seems a little nieve. What about Mr Woodford and Mr Leeson. They were investing huge amounts of money and they didn't do very well did they. I'm sure there are millions of other examples.
You don't even know why they are. Are they a they? Is it a shell company and someway to swindle shareholders out of money or make money themselves. You don't know so I'm not sure why everyone seems to trust in the fact that someone is buying large amounts. Every company has large shareholders. That means every company who has performed terribly or even gone bust had people who invested heavily and lost lots of cash.
If it were a large investment firm I would see the logic a little more.
Crizmo you talk about cloak and dagger ok llets here it from you yuor not invested here so whats your angle be honest because we all know your not here to look after our intrests . so be the bigger persoin and tell us
What makes you think that the Higgs are not the people behind the warrants issued over the past few months at the warrant prices which varied from 0.2p to 1.4p? If so, they have not invested £1 million as some have said, but more around £150-£200k. Still serious money, but they are already sitting on a profit as soon as they decide (or are allowed) to sell.
There have been no other TR1s filed by anyone else - yet there are several RNS' regarding exercise of warrants.
A large AIM investments does not mean those buyers must be "in the know". That would be insider trading and illegal. It could instead mean they are amateur investors like all AIM players are, except they have more money they are willing to gamble with than most. And yes - this is AIM. Everyone is basically gambling.
I don't like to see companies ramped. I first came on here to see what was being said when the initial ramp was on. I couldn't help myself replying and since then I've checked back occasionally. The board is a lot better now Zen and Military t-shirt man aren't just throwing false rumors and insane pricings around.
So in summary. I came to see the the rubbish. It annoyed me and I replied. Now I can't seem to stop checking on CTEA.
wow do you not have better things to do with your time lol do you want me to give you a list of stocks that have rampers on maybe you can put them right as well
sounds like you want in Crizmo ;) go on treat yourself
Patience Facto and all genuine holders here will be rewarded handsomely I'm confident of that. x
@factotum
The Botswana 'deal' isn't a technical trial - its similar to a reseller agreement. Basically they have handed a branded version of the app to a very well connected person (former ambassador) who will sell it into the state apparatus on their behalf. This is up to 345m users in various sectors. It's basically like hiring a salesman for free for a whole country they have no real access to. The ambassador is selling the tech on their behalf.
SP has risen from 2.5p to a stable 5.5p in matter of weeks. That's an upward trend.
The COV-ID is also not the main long-term opportunity for this company. The other implementations are. It's just that Cov-ID paves the way for businesses to get used to the idea of digital passports & blockchain.
(Agree with you on the low quality posts)
Just a matter of time now for contract news ...
Interesting to see if Higgs increase holding ?

Bye cloudstrife - PLEASE don’t bother returning back to post anytime soon.
You won’t be missed here
Cloudstrife this will not be making any meaningful profit...the Mcap is high and with no money coming in only a matter of time before placing is done
Did they just do a placing in June and put 1 million in the bank ???
And just got a little top up from warrants ???
What they spending it all on if they need more cash ???
