Seller in play while HSBC where accumulating, so no change it would appear so far
tug of war holding down at both ends, that battle has to end at some point, as for
HSBC and other holdings co I have seen do a transfer to 1 or 2 others, that does not
usually occur until a move has been made, so far we have only inched a little forwards
overall the past 2 weeks
If this is the case, would expect the transfer to start when we are around 0.6p, it seems
to be done in such a way as if the real buyer wants a guaranteed % available when its in
house criteria met (many the old £50m stable MC) for copl that's 0.57p
Remember covid darling ncyt had already multi bagged x 18 from 6p to over £1 when the
real II's entered the fray , ncyt mc £50m was 87.5p at share base in play at the time
Similar some big/huge buys around the 60p mark with apparent sells of same at £1+ and
other bigger players upping their holdings for the journey to £12+
Some will make early arrangements, others will wait and enter direct once investing criteria
is met, that is when we will know who the true players are, as these guys are INVESTORS not
as many ref'd to as II'/Investor in for a quickie
They look for little gems that will give long term growth and potential dividends, so do not give
a rats they paid more than you or I currently as they will be looking at much higher profits at
much higher levels so if paying 1p now , so what if their thinking is 10-20p and dividends to
also annually reduce and de risk their original stake
GLA :))
I imagine the seller is HSBC and its all going to their real buyer. I'd be expecting a couple of TR1's later in the week. HSBC reducing and then introducing another name...or perhaps an existing one.
buys v sells always guess work and if using a site like this lse for stats
a waste of time on a quiet share let alone a busy one the algo screws
up all day every day with its guess on every trade
much more simple end of day
up a little - buys just won the day
dn a little - sells just won the day
flag or even - tug of war draw
up a lot - buys won by a distance
dn a lot - sells won by a distance
no point in stressing over figures that are pure guesswork and usually way out
should have been many TR1 already although no timeline for buyer/seller since 2018 amendment
still the should report and raise form xxxx (tr1)
but more specifically each DAILY trade that was a threshold crossed over 3 over 4 etc etc and on the
way back down, this to be done by midnight on the day of that trade BUT can be verbal phone etc
then raise the form
problem as said before, unlike the old days where always expected inside 3 days unless a weekend
the new states only that buyer seller responsible to raise the form and send (no time limit) and the
companies 1 and only is to relay to the market ASAP on receipt
Hence the game playing and what should have been many TR1's from daily crossings trades ending
up a piece of trash TR1 date 3 days ago , company informed yesterday but we dumped 15-25% of
the entire company - utter tosh that took weeks and many crossings
think the MM's have more than the hand brake on here...been able to sell large amounts all morning but only once been able to buy without NT. TR1 on its way?
They have one hand on the hand break, trouble is the persistent seller has one hand on the
MM's joy stick, at some point as with all such cases, they have to come to an agreement to
let it pop, news coming soon, Art one hand on his rns the other on a vast flowing Atomic
and Kab*******************************************************************************om
Just common sense, I am now FULLY Loaded just waiting for MMS to release hand break
This also published P.R.Basin was a fast growing area until 2014, when as with many
parts of the industry , things tailed off, our Wyoming assets part of a new BOOM for
oil and gas in the State, new wells approved ahead of Biden no new well policy came
into being , no effect on copl plans for development
from small Atomics do mighty Boom's grow lol

Completely correct and what is also a positive is that our licence areas all have licence applications approved for drilling.
Given that there is currently no new licences for drilling being issued we are in an exceptional position.
In some pretty good company, had a look at the Wyoming Oil and Gas lease website this
morning (war and peace part II lol)
Quite a few well known names around us in Wyoming and a familiar name to many has been
gathering acreage for some time with numerous licenses in Wyoming ANADARKO , as just
posted Continental just joined the party with a $1.4b / £1.01b budget for this year in the
Powder river basin
Atomic could be even bigger than first suspected, seems the license may hold more treasures
as we appear to be moving into a developing HOTSPOT Oil and gas basin GLA
:))
It appears some played a canny card in expectation of Biden victory in the election, as Arty said
in a recent RNA message , election will not affect copl's plans for Atomic's assets per RNA located
in the Powder River Basin in the State of Wyoming, USA
Wyoming got in first and have approved drilling of 5000 new wells in the Powder River Basin

also Oil and Gas Journal the 5th March 2021 - Continental moving into Powder River also
Continental enters Wyoming Powder River basin, sets 2021 capex at $1.4 billion
Continental Resources has closed on a deal to acquire Powder River Basin assets from Samson Resources II,
and expects to begin delineating and developing the Shannon, Frontier, and Niobrara reservoirs with
2 rigs in second-quarter 2021.
