"the Board of Cellcast has now concluded that it is prudent to make a provision for 100% of the Company's interest in the Lexinta fund in its full year accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017. " Well I may be talking to myself on this board but it seems the board are listening. Just to be clear, I'm not was receiving an advisors fee ;-)
Still can't find anything in the UK press about Badilla and Lexinta beyond what CLTV put in their communications, but I did find a Swiss newspaper report. The news, at least as expressed via Google translate, does not look good. The article suggests Badilla is a classic case of the charming blagger who seemed to conjure returns of 45 percent, and when he couldn't keep it going, used new investors money to fill the holes. The reports don't say it was necessarily a deliberate Ponzi from the start, maybe the poor lamb just got out of his depth. The overall bill for investors could be 30 to 50 million francs- so not exactly Behrings, but not insignificant. Still no idea whether there might be all, some or none of our money back but maybe prudent to fear the worst. https://insideparadeplatz.ch/2017/11/07/anleger-befuerchten-ein-ponzi-zug-von-30-mio/
Gosh it all gets murkier(see today's RNS). And what a magnificent name for a villain - Bismarck Badilla. He looks a right wideboy as well. Looks like we'll have to rely on the Swiss regulatory system to get our money back. Perhaps they could sell some of that Nazi gold...(allegedly etc...)
So we've cut costs and are trading profitably, but we *may* have been stiffed for 750k, though the payment is only a few days late and we've "no reason to think" it won't be paid. They'll let us know soon. Given there's currently a 9 per cent drop showing, sounds a nice little binary play for those in the mood.
Announces that the Company has today entered into a new agreement with one of its core suppliers (the "Supplier"). As announced by the Company on 24 May 2017 in its annual results, the Company has been undertaking a major review of costs with a number of its key suppliers who have a commonality of interest in the sustainability of the Group's core business. Cellcast operates in the digital broadcasting and the mobile money market segments, and its key supplier contracts are made up of Telecom companies and those who supply large bandwidth services. Following a review of operations, and in conjunction with the Supplier, Cellcast has renegotiated the terms of the contract with this Supplier, covering the provision of multiplexing, distribution and transmission services to the Company. Whilst the specific terms are subject to strict confidentiality, the new agreement (the "Agreement"), which replaces with immediate effect the previous agreement in place with the Supplier, is expected to lead to a substantial and material reduction in the annual costs payable by Cellcast in respect of the services provided to the Company under the Agreement. The Agreement is for an initial 3-year term, with a one-year break clause. Commenting on the contract, Mike Neville, Chairman, stated: "Infrastructure and associated costs of this nature are a significant part of our cost base. We are delighted that we have been able to re-negotiate the terms of this contract, and give ourselves increased flexibility to cope with what is currently a complex and difficult market place."

But still not a sniff of any news....... What's behind the rise?
Well this is interesting - up a third on very little volume. Anyone know any known reason? I seem to remember a couple of years back there was a spike over a false rumour concerning Google - maybe it's that malarkey again.

Bit of activity here. I'd like to see some action past 3p. Some chat on ADVFN.
Quite a few small BUYS last week and the s/p climbed almost 20%. Still very undervalued (and unknown!) with bags of cash on a P/E of 4! No debt and bags of potential for deals in the gaming/gambling sector. OR A CLASSIC RTO CANDIDATE.
