I'm waiting for the 6 month aquisition.10p very possible.
Residual value 1p 90% upside
Looks like was massively oversold yesterday, could be back over 1p by end of the day.
boom time coming???
Could be quite a bit of residual value here . Above 1p is not beyond the realms of possibility. Best of Luck All
Watch a new future unfold very soon. The CVA total cost was 50k so they are sat on 500k and whatever residual value lies in the sale transaction. That closes the past but I think it's about the future from this tiny market cap. Watch for the first indicator which will show how powerful a reconstruction can be. It'll be closer to 1p by the end of the week. There was a significant buyer today and if this pace continues then it's likely to have an effect on the share price. Shares will get very tight, very fast. The valuation is too cheap to ignore and there's every chance an entity will make a move for this cheap company and aim is where this can happen.
we are all now "angel investors" we know that...Fortune favours the brave and there is scope for redevelopment of this company. I will see the nae Sayers and de ramper along the way but I will just ignore and saty long...see you in 6 months time.Bet we here 24 months later at 6p.On news of pvt acquisition stock will jump on news to 12p maybe just for the days trade.Fire away...its all yours.
The current management are going to be acquiring the existing assets so they will all resign and leave and new management will be taking the helm. Quite likely to be exciting new faces with fresh ideas.
The investor who today bought 2.5% of the company in one purchase doesn't agree
550k raised at 0.25p. When debts and ongoing costs are taken account of I suspect the actual cash held will be significantly lower than the amount raised. There will be substantial legal costs to deal with CVA, sale of business, etc. Given the likely quality of the shareholders bought in at this Management Give Up financing, they are likely to sell and realise a quick profit. These should be trading closer to the issue price but some PI may like the idea of a cash shell trading at 3 or 4 times the amount of cash held. There has been no mention of any RTO company or sector so no clarity on the future. Froth or multiple froth at this stage.
Got a small holding here for now at just over 0.40p. After all people were paying 0.70p and 0.60p on opening so I expect it'll soon be back to those levels. Shells are always popular and there aren't many going at the moment.
someone certainly looks interested here
Some very big buys. Over 20k invested in the past 20 minutes. Very interesting
Thanks. The more you read into this, the more you feel how unfortunate they have been. Did a lot placing last year at 20p as of Potential. Today at 0.25...!
worth a read What Can We Expect for Cogenpower plc (AIM:CGP) Moving Forward? https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.yahoo.com/amphtml/finance/news/expect-cogenpower-plc-aim-cgp-135312502.html
Good luck Latino. These are the shares that can 10 bag in a week if they manage to turn it around
...now. Can buy at 0.405 and sell at 0.4
6 Oct rns from the CEO himself is stating he is ‘likely’ to buyout the operating business : “...Given that the Company would not wish to provide anything more than basic warranties as to ownership to any purchaser, and given the intended timescale to enable the Company going forward to consider new business opportunities, it is highly likely that this will be to Francesco Vallone and/or other members of the operating management team. Any such disposal would be required to be dealt with in accordance with the AIM Rules, including seeking Shareholder approval.“
This is the key...they are now past their previous problems (Italian payments, anti-state monopoly law). But have been forced into undertake this discounting placing to pay off their creditors and give them time to dispose the business - looks like it’s a management buyout on the cards.
Ok so 6 months to hey funda.i see no Problem in getting back on track.major Problem solved past month.lets now see if we can be viable.Im in hete on the fact that if aquision. Made month 6 ,infraestructure already in place.massive potential is possible.we know the CEO can fight tooth and nail to get outcome.hence my position.goodluck all.we will need some.
You’re getting this wrong! Not cash she’ll yet..hold on. They are yet to dispose the business!
Cash shells are usually valued around 500k on aim. Which is half of today's market cap. So expecting a drop to around 0.20 level.
Disposing to whom? It looks like it’s to the family owners - CEO..who knows the true value of this business...it’s big! Also, they are still owned a lot of money from Italian agencies over £1m according to the past rns..recently some payment and law in their favour has been passed...
You seem well-researched. Maybe you should read the bit that says that CGP are disposing the whole of the existing business for free and about to become an AIM Rule 15 cash shell.
with bio micro-CHP boilers maybe onto a winner on this??
