Not convinced fully, also it is a debt free low MCAP clean cash shell. If there is a new CEO and asset then this has serious growth potential from this level. On the flip side, possible P&D, unlike every other share in AIM....
Wow what happened here. Guess it was a pump and dump for placees
Would be nice.
I am hearing new ceo announcement and company strategy to land today or tomorrow ;)
The big 13m sell trade took place yesterday and only showed up close of play today....as for today's trades most were actually buys apart from some .43 .44 and a few .45s....at times the advertised bid was .43 and offer .45 and .50 although the real spread was more like .43 to .45 to sell and .45 to .46 to buy depending on time of day. I bought 3 more chunks today and all of mine show as sells so nothing to be alarmed about. Significant news could land anytime here. Obviously quite a few since the placing have sold over last week but there are signs of buyers taking positions here.
Could be in for a good finish. News expected this week!
A lot of twitter love for this share.
This week I have heard.
When is news expected
How long does it normally take for the ball to start rolling in these situations? thanks.
Lets see if volume picks up again today
A lot of posts on twitter about this yesterday.. It's now on my watchlist.
Pretty good day today - volume wise. Seems people are buying into this little shell with potential :)
Yes bought more today at .44 actually missed .42 because looked to drop a little more, more then happy. Wait for the whos jumping on board rns to get things kick started.
Being ramped by placees that are already 100% up. Proceed if you wish but with extreme caution
Nobody seems to want this so far today. Will be interesting to see if some buys start coming in.
See what this week brings good luck all.
Hope so got in at .41 so lets see were this goes. I invested on the basis of massively oversold. If yhis gets back to a penny will slice my cash back and see were we end up. Good luck guys
Totally agree: Placing at 0.0025 per Ordinary Share!?
was massively oversold! I can't believe the level this is currently at. It's crazy. Definitely worth a chunk of anybody's money at these levels.
Bought 5m today(22.5M clips) Position taken Delivery time now
Always dangerous share to buy in after a placing involving Peterhouse . Will have some rise I guess due to probs fake news release and pumping then a dump then forgotten. Just my two cents , placees have already double there money. Careful when you buy and careful when you sell.
Wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend.tbh
The long suffering shareholders have been treated very badly by the current board so the sooner they go the better. It is galling that the destruction of shareholder value was caused by the CEO and he will get the assets for next to nothing. So he ends up happy. A fantastic RTO would push the SP upwards however can the gruesome twosome of Peterhouse and Beaumont Cornish attract big name directors and an undervalued RTO project that does not dilute the current shareholders of CGP? I agree that if they can then the SP will be off to the races. So the success is a direct function of Peterhouse's RTO.
I hope you are correct on a 6 month view. However given that we know very little at present to 20 bag from here is asking a great deal. The new shareholders control the company and given the trading volumes they do not look very sticky. We need to get rid of these spin merchants and get the SP at a sensible level for the RTO. The RTO is key to success. If the SP is too high then other shells will be more attractively priced. The sale to the soon to exit CEO needs shareholder approval. So far we know very little about the potential disposal. Will the government credits in dispute go with the disposal? Has the loan from the Italian bank gone into the CVA? If not will these secured loans go with the disposal? Until these terms are known shareholders will not know if it is the best deal for the company. Any competing bid will not be able to access information for some time. The disposal price should represent fair value which the broker and NOMAD will have to agree to without the benefit of a competitive bidding process. No doubt there will be legal fees, brokers additional fees and NOMADs additional fees which will eat into the cash balance. Then the RTO can be announced with the proposed funding which may depress the then current market price. It is interesting to note that RTO fundings are always at a discount to current share prices.
