Fatal, so you got it wrong over 'the semantics' and now you're hiding behind a mindless rant - the longer the better, right! Lol
Atb & have a good day all
Still on good form Fatal, just need Uncas to throw his hat in and it will be just like old times.
Oh ffs Fatal
We don’t hear from you for yonks and you start ranting!
Good to have you back
laallee, hi. When a placing is done, I have noticed over the years that, whatever the company, shorters get the price down to around what the placing price is. There is no surprise here. I predicted this in my local, the Tudor Close in Ferring, near Worthing, months ago. Some people think I know what I am talking about. I'm not so sure.
Bonum, you are dealing in semantics regarding rights, share issues, 'placings' etc and the fact that you state the board were saying they would not be doing a 'placing' to institutional investors. BUT they have clearly decided to do a placing with their loyal small shareholders, most of whom have now been institutionalised as they have gone mad backing this share and believing all the OVER 13.000 posts you have delivered here. Who are you? I thought Uncas had that gig.
Armatrading - Bahamas a frontier? I agree that this is a safer spot than most big oil areas but they are next door to the Gulf Of Mexico and laden tankers pass by the Bahamas coast daily.
Talking of frontiers, it reminds me of a post I did on ii years ago when nothing happened within the Christie government for over five years and I remarked at the time that the government were so apathetic, complacent and lethargic that, if their frontier was ever under threat, they would merely send a waiter to the shore and ask the invaders if they would like a table for 100,000.
100,000 is also the number of dollars the Bahamas church was asking for, per household, every year, should BPC strike oil. No wonder Simon, to reassure potential investors, spent time recently seeking 'clarity' with the government and other interested parties, determined to grab a fistful of dollars, about the biggest load of b*llocks since Bertie Big Balls won first prize in the world 'talking b*llocks' championship. I came second.
