Nick if i understand you correctly it was a handful of shareholders at bmrwatch that undertook this action and when bringmyreward says it was bmrwatch in fact that is a lie as it was only a few with large shareholdings that wanted to liquidate bmr. Why did bringmyreward say it was bmrwatch when that isn't true.
No idea where liquidation comes from... if an EGM goes ahead and he gets voted off BMR shareholders can appoint a new Director. Regarding an EGM request, it only takes a 5% shareholding or so I believe, thus a portion of BMR Watch requested this (I.e. those with >5% holding), not the whole 20+% represented via the Watch in its entirety. The >5% have every right to do so. No complaints from me.
3CB - fellowship should be able to answer this.
Seems a perfectly legitimate question. Borrelli with a shareholding of 0.74% can just liquidate the co. if he is removed from his position. If left in place the co. continues at least as a going concern. Wonder what we’re not being told.
Don’t know how that looks to anyone else, but I’m certain of how it looks to me.
Perhaps I'm being a bit thick but why exactly does the calling of an EGM automatically mean liquidation of BMR?
You must of voted for an egm if your in the bmr watch bud. Maybe you didnt vote but the rest of them voted. Bmr would have been liquidated if the egm went ahead.
I didn't vote for or against an EGM. What liquidation?
nick why did you vote for an egm if it means the meltdown and liquidation of bmr by removing borelli
I'm about 10% down on JLP and have invested about the same in both companies... not a good overall position, but JLP will gain from the BMR meltdown in the long term for sure. I'd be quite happy to exchange the royalty for JLP shares :)
In fairness Nick, we all had plenty of opportunity a year or so back to de-risk our BMR holdings by buying some JLP shares. Most who bought at that time should now be showing a modest profit, even after the recent fall in JLP shares.
I did and also topped up today
A few shareholders are still protecting him J99. Should’ve gone after the licence debacle. At the time we were told that a co. can not relist if at least one director hasn’t been on the board for 3 years - could never find out if this was true. Had we have acted back then and installed a new director we would’ve been coming up to year 3 in no time. I’m certain a director put in ABs place would not be drawing the money he has, even if we’d have installed the pickled corpse of MA from the EricDraven inspired Kabwe carnival of horrors, I think he’d have been more use.
Why the hell is Borelli still around and drawing a salary? The shameless charlatan should have fallen on his sword or been pushed soon after we lost most of Kabwe.
Would be better imo if everyone (I.e. us small - in grand scheme of things - holders) came on board and push to ~25% proven shareholding. I have chosen not to voice any concerns at the actions of those you mention, but I see no reason why people can't use the Watch as a platform to moan about any autocratic business.
Yep I'm in the Watch. I can't complain really as I haven't contributed beyond proving my shareholding. As a load of small shareholders we are powerless and we have suffered very badly. The asset is valuable and its been gifted to JLP.
Nick are you in the watch. I know a few guys in there who are fed up with the autocratic approach by the committee leaders. They nearly liquidated the company by there ill thought actions. Im sure there heart is in a good place but there actions are deranged

Regardless of what you think of individual personalities, BMR Watch has been set up to give us a voice as a collective of shareholders. If you haven't done already, please consider signing up. We have a substantial collective holding in BMR exceeding 20% of shares in issue. The Watch also has an essentially private discussion board: https://*******************.com/
Razor is in a new Group. BMR Watch. Its run by Bringmyreward the guy that has been peddling lies to shareholders on here and in the new Group.
Hi is razor about .. He was invested here heavily and seemed to know what is happening.
