Perhaps Jamy Nigri should have a chat with Nick Hargrave and the Bidstack Shareholders Alliance?! as he writes the following on Linkedin:
Bidstack just keeps screwing up!!
I commented on their tone deaf post about bankrupting the company - and then acquiring the assets 5 seconds later at a fire sale. Wiping out money from hard working people and friends of mine. USING the excitement around GAMING - despite not understanding or caring about the space.
This ends now ..
I reposted their tone deaf statement — and now — they‘be obviously blocked it. Predictable. Hiding. Avoiding. Lying.
Dear James & Lisa,
You can block - and you can dodge; however, what you’ve done is disgusting. I use that word quite purposefully.
I never commented when you;
- issued BS marketing to pump the stock
- issued BS partnerships that you never fulfilled to pump your stock
… and I didn’t comment because of business incompetence, terrible technology and a myriad of poor decisions … because that’s just incompetence.
This is different. And whilst I abhor thinking about your business - and reliving those days - you’ve stepped over the line.
So EXPECT me to be quite vocal.
And again, I INVITE your comments - because we both know that they won’t stand up in the public eye.

Exposing the crookedness.
Just a thought but shouldn't Bidscam sorry Bidstack be reported here:
https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
They haven't been transparent with the shareholders, have in fact lied about their true intentions, have walked away with millions worth of IP. Surely this qualifies as fraud?
Good Lord Mr Patience!!!.....you really have been shat on from a great height here! We've all been absolutely shafted and let's hope karma isn't far away.
DITTO! I, just like you was invested in Fitbug, and pulled out after losing a fair amount. I then, put my money, my 11 year old daughters, and my mother's in Bidstack. We had invested heavily here, in excess of around £150,000. Tha majority bought when it was around 30p per share. I pulled out when the stock plummeted, and between us only got around £5,000 back on my £150,000 invested!! I hope and pray that karma comes and bites these selfish p@@@@s!!
bought into this ****ty share when the bod called themselves fitbug. went touring round europe for 2 months and took my eye off the ball. came back and the share was tanking, over the years it’s changed identity many times ending with bidstack. i always knew there was something dodgy here but naively thought i was being too cynical. wish i’d gone with my gut feeling and sold out at the fitbug stage.

Thank you to the journalist for highlighting this fraud on a grand scale. The BoDs are staying silent because they know that what they have done is wrong and they are trying to get away with it, or think they can. How many millions were stolen from the shareholders?
'Cybersecurity firm Irdeto was the firm’s largest individual shareholder, which held a 13.49 per cent stake in the firm as of January 31, according to Bidstack’s website. Irdeto invested £6m in the firm as part of a funding round in 2022.
Canaccord Genuity Group, Seneca Partners and Rathbone Investment Management, all held stakes of 9.64 per cent, 4.83 per cent and 4.28 per cent respectively.
None of them responded to repeated requests for comment.'
Perhaps these firms should be sued too if they were aware of the deal and are still shareholders in Bidstack Ltd?
FOG
I don't think anyone will need to hand over any money in order to get Draper and co in the soup. From what I see, they've overstepped the mark good n proper this time.....after years of taking shareholders for granted and looking after themselves solely, off the back of all those charity fund raising events. I think they will regret their actions this time and they'll be held to account. Don't forget......I've not been wrong yet ladies and gentlemen.
Dont hand over any money to these firms
ive seen this 100 times and it almost always ends in more loss
"Its definitely EA Sports" - cozzy
Thanks I have submitted my form. I hope Karma will catch up with those fraudsters who have betrayed investors.
I feel the Directors have set an appalling example with their conduct. Their reputations must surely now be in tatters ? The authorities should deal with this swiftly and robustly before it has implications to the wider market. You simply cannot have a situation where every other AIM company looks at this and thinks it's ok to build out their offering on the public market and then engineer a situation where it is taken away at the appropriate moment for the rewards to be enjoyed by a select few private individuals without repercussions. Everyone would stop investing and the market would ultimately collapse. This could have implications for everyone whether you were a Bidstack shareholder at the point of admin or not. There is opportunity for anyone to share any information on the bidstackshareholders.org site.
Thanks bladesharp. I have signed the form.

We are in discussion with a leading law firm in London which has considerable experience in shareholder disputes with the aim of pursuing the directors (and others) through the courts.
We will provide more information here in due course.
In the mean time, if you were a shareholder of Bidstack Group PLC on March 23rd, 2024 please sign-up to join this action here. The more shareholders we have, the stronger we are.
Draper has done himself no favours whatsoever.
Got to hope there'll be plenty of heat on him as a result of his actions. Sounds like it's not just a handful of people that are disgusted at his conduct, so it's more likely something will be done about it.

Listen from 34 minutes into the programme.
Sold my shares years ago, and my loss was modest on a percentage and absolute basis compared to many here, but for what it's worth I think Draper et al are complete scum and I hope that you all are collectively successful in your efforts to end that complete POS scumbag smug little C***.
Share tippers, people like Tom W, market makers, Twitter wallies etc were not the root cause of the problem. The real enemy was only ever that lying shyster Draper.
They really must think they can get away with doing that. Just got to hope a huge amount of shareholders see this as the ultimate betrayal and get the ball rolling for a regulatory prod about.
It absolutely stinks.
This is on Linkedin. How did James Draper and Lisa Hau went from owning 3% and 0.1% to 25% of the shares leaving the shareholders penniless. Unbelievable. They both belong in jail IMO.
https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7177719612405379072?updateEntityUrn=urn%3Ali%3Afs_feedUpdate%3A%28V2%2Curn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7177719612405379072%29
James Draper CEO of Bidstack owning 3% of the company they're in charge of, is able to mismanage that company to the point of administration, but then buy that same company back under another name, award themselves 25% ownership and then start promoting it quite happily.
And let’s not forget Lisa Hau has gone from 0.1% to 25% fishy?
(Disgusting)
James Draper being "delighted" to acquire Bidstack Limited from the administrators of #Bidstack when shareholders have lost everything.
Not even an acknowledgement of those investors who have put in their hard earned money into the company.
(Disgraceful)
Chairman of #Bidstack Dr David Reeves telling investors that directors will protect shareholders the whole way
You couldn’t make it up! 🤣
I'd imagine most of us would agree with that Girdz.
There must be scores of us that would be queuing up if they stuck him in the stocks.
Hard fruit only.
“I very much doubt you'll ever see any of your money back”
I’ll happily forego my lost money if Draper does a stretch at his majesty’s pleasure.
Greetings, I have submitted, but how do i get a receipt of submission
Just did a bit of googling on sports rights holders ESG policy and came upon the following:
Very few organisations within the sport sector understand that they are brands and then appreciate that their value largely comprises intangible assets and therefore how that value is now linked to ESG
“In relation to such values, sports brands are frequently disconnected from pure revenue-based valuation models and are impacted by scarcity in supply and so-called ‘trophy’ factors, because of prestige effected by ownership. It follows however that when a shadow is cast over a reputation related to those intangible assets then the value can be quickly lost.
“The extent of the reputational shadow will follow from a series of interactions in sport with, for example, media, fans, followers, volunteers, influencers, participants, users, customers, partners, suppliers, staff, investors or shareholders and regulators.”
Now, the relevance of this? Do these sports clients wish to be connected in anyway with an organisation headed by an individual that currently stands accused of actions far removed from appropriate governance ? Once they find out I doubt it
Thank you. I will submit it immediately.
