Sold my shares years ago, and my loss was modest on a percentage and absolute basis compared to many here, but for what it's worth I think Draper et al are complete scum and I hope that you all are collectively successful in your efforts to end that complete POS scumbag smug little C***.
Share tippers, people like Tom W, market makers, Twitter wallies etc were not the root cause of the problem. The real enemy was only ever that lying shyster Draper.
They really must think they can get away with doing that. Just got to hope a huge amount of shareholders see this as the ultimate betrayal and get the ball rolling for a regulatory prod about.
It absolutely stinks.
This is on Linkedin. How did James Draper and Lisa Hau went from owning 3% and 0.1% to 25% of the shares leaving the shareholders penniless. Unbelievable. They both belong in jail IMO.

James Draper CEO of Bidstack owning 3% of the company they're in charge of, is able to mismanage that company to the point of administration, but then buy that same company back under another name, award themselves 25% ownership and then start promoting it quite happily.
And let’s not forget Lisa Hau has gone from 0.1% to 25% fishy?
(Disgusting)
James Draper being "delighted" to acquire Bidstack Limited from the administrators of #Bidstack when shareholders have lost everything.
Not even an acknowledgement of those investors who have put in their hard earned money into the company.
(Disgraceful)
Chairman of #Bidstack Dr David Reeves telling investors that directors will protect shareholders the whole way
You couldn’t make it up! 🤣
I'd imagine most of us would agree with that Girdz.
There must be scores of us that would be queuing up if they stuck him in the stocks.
Hard fruit only.
“I very much doubt you'll ever see any of your money back”
I’ll happily forego my lost money if Draper does a stretch at his majesty’s pleasure.
This is from Bladesharp on page 2 of this board.
If you were a Bidstack shareholder at the time of Administration please fill out this form in preparation for potential legal action. NOTE: you must have been a holder at time of administration. We are discussing with lawyers. The more shareholders we can include in any potential legal action, the more financially viable the case becomes and hence it would be easier to raise litigation funding. Your data will be kept encrypted and not shared with any third party at this time. We will contact you if we get to the point of needing to share with lawyers. For full transparency, this form was set up by Hugh Acland and only he will have access to your data at this point.

OK, if he is the best one to arrange this it's fine by me and we'll stand by him against the fraudsters. Can you contact him somehow? Tell him that we are willing to take a legal action against the fraudsters.
Who is Nick that you trust to arrange things? A no win no fee Company would be good to undertake this but I'm willing to pay for a barrister too. They shouldn't be able to get away with this.
What is the jotform the other poster mentioned below. I can't see any relevant message. Maybe it was deleted?
We need to find a way to communicate so we can remain together to fight the fraudsters. Someone need to arrange things and start the case .
If we can find some big players who lost money too we'll cooperate with them. If anyone has any information please post it here.
Plenty of bad smells coming from the Netherlands
If it is proven that fraud has been committed then surely the directors can be liable personally?. Anyway we won't know if we can get some of our money back until the company and its directors are taken to court. They have been handed out millions. These millions must be somewhere.
I very much doubt you'll ever see any of your money back, but what has happened is more than disgraceful. How on earth can those c**** think they'll get away with this.
Thanks Bladesharp. I have submitted the jotform. Lets take the directors to court.
I have lost a lot of money like others here in this group. Is there any way out to recoup some of the lost money or should I assume that everything is gone.
