Being a shareholder in Dev Clever before name change to Veative via Dev Clever contact us wrote to Chris Jeffries and Ankur Aggarwal regarding their statement
"Transactions in DevClever Shares following the Cancellation The Board is aware that the proposed Cancellation would make it more difficult for shareholders to buy and sell shares should they wish to do so and that Shareholders may still wish to acquire further or dispose of DevClever Shares.
Accordingly, the Board intends to use reasonable endeavours to create and maintain a matched bargain secondary market trading facility to assist shareholders to trade in DevClever Shares following Cancellation. A further announcement providing further details of this facility will be released before cancellation.
Contact details for the matched bargain trading facility provider once arranged will be made available to shareholders on the Group's website."
I specifically requested update "providing further details of this facility will be released before cancellation."
To date have not received any response.
Has anyone managed to obtain any further updated information since cancellation.
Nothing either nor as a long suffering AAA shareholder as well
A new message at companies house re a share allocation on 17th March re Dev ..Veative.
Note the term āreasonable endeavours!ā Iām sure their definition will differ from those of shareholders!
Since Veative got involved with DEV itās been nothing short of a disaster. ASLR was 75p at one point and now look at it! Veative Group / ASLR will be a car crash for at least the next 3 yearsā¦.and by then original shareholders will get nothing. Veative have said Ā£20mil in Revs this year! Watch this EPIC fail! It will be embarrassingā¦.we should find out the end of year results in about December 2024. Veative have no intention of communicating with shareholders. The performance of ASLR often has a direct correlation to Veative / Dev. Things do not look good at all! As long as Chris Jefferies has his millions and can come up with some nice new āideasā all will be well in the world Iām sure!
I recall an article a couple of years ago that described the actors and rampers involved in Asimilar (ASLR), Dev Clever (DEV), All Active Asset Capital (AAA), as a "nest of vipers" and that there was bad smell coming from those actors involved. Spot on I think!
