'December saw the business enter into its first contracts with FAH for the provision of full funding for design and construction of two Extra Care developments in Essex where upon completion FAH will become the long term owner. These two schemes will generate revenues of around £21,000,000 by the end of April 2017, of which only £8,880,000 has been recognised in the year to April 2016.' recent news.. http://www.ashleyhouseplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Rosebank-Park_Harwich_200117.pdf
results expected tomorrow based on last years timetable
This is such a nothing share, no interest and no news.
a positive IMS (expected) can easily achieve 10p+ again. Regular director buys at various levels over the last few years shows they do put their own money in. March last year one of the directors bought 50k shares @ 10.2p http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/ASH/12718618.html good luck all
New to watching this share and have read-up the fundamentals on AH, but what sort of uplift (impact) do you think the quarters publication of figures will have on the SP. Looking through the volume on previous movements it doesn't seemed to have taken much volume to push it northwards.
after weeks of being dormant
should see siginificant rise 'The completion of our first Extra Care scheme in Grimsby together with last September’s signing of the Funding and Partnering Agreement with Funding Affordable Homes (“FAH”) and its property advisor SHA Housing Limited, were landmark events for the Company. FAH is a social impact company which acquires affordable housing to deliver financial and social returns for both communities and investors. http://www.thewave.co.uk/news/local/work-starts-on-new-mayhill-gp-surgery/ loan repaid in full, £1.5m finance available http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/ASH/13058527.html
£1.5m financing available, rns out
Stock that used to have a busy thread now dead here. The last set of numbers were excellent and I reckon the next set will be brilliant. So many contracts started on the website but never much in the way of a Rns. There is likely to be another jump in turnover and a good profit announced next to a small market cap. Out of the blue this will come good again.

today - around £15k worth - unusual buying for this stock - hopefully something going to pop up soon
unusual positive movement
'All funding is now in place, so this is major progress for a scheme that will transform health and social care services for thousands of residents in the Mayhill area.' http://www.ashleyhouseplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Two-New-Health-Property-projects.pdf
