Must admit although I have invested for more than 20 years never heard of bolinger breakout. Dont use charts but can understand their use and agr certainly seems to respond. Would be interested to know more Thank You Good luck on making money
Thanks for posts and you dont sound so bad yourself
Afternoon to you both. Did indeed sell and only because my target was achieved as per initial post. It played out perfectly so was delighted with that. I day trade the FTSE 100 3 or 4 times a day for 1%-2% movements generally but when such drops like AGK or FRES occur I stick around for a few more. You may both be interested to note that FRES repeated AGKs price action on 50 MA, 5 minutes piece @ £9.12 earlier. It's now at £9.31. MAs, RSI, McDs and using combo of 1, 5 and 15 mins make the world of difference to trading wider FTSE market. Rusty - mentioned HAWK the other day on here. It's experiencing 3rd day of a bollinger breakout. Check the chart. GL gents.
Re. 9.17 - thanks for sharing your viewpoint. Baron's target increase here on Monday was exceeded so can't complain about that and interim ex divi date looming. I need to go out now for the day so I'll leave you to it.
Have been looking at KAZ for 1 month but have seen it drop most of time even though up and down short term trend seems to be down. Brokers are normally negative and a lot of uncertainty.
Slight increasing of spread which normally shows additional volatility. We will see.
One relates to directors share scheme not really that relevent. Second relates to Balck Rock selling some shares but it is not saying how many they have sold. Just under 5% which might be a small amount.. hard to judge. Black Rock do rebalamcing and might just be adjusting portfolios.
I thought you were needing some iron tablets - reminded me of a line in a David Gray song. Haven't heard from Levis so guess he didn't proceed with his plan to buy in here yesterday when agk rose for most if not all of the day but he was buying more kaz shares yesterday. Metal miners took a hammering today however. I take it you are a trader here rather than an investor and have been interested here for some time. Any views on the rns.
At least it improved a bit towards the end perhaps the cry for help worked (lol)
help !!!
Have gone into a decline,
letting off steam
Slow start but picking up steam
Very disappointing though as there were some good businesses in that. Georhe Walker conman
So did I and was glad to sell @3p before Brent Walker went bust.GL.
William Hill is a bit of a sore point with me as I used to own them when they were owned by Brent Walker. Victim of fraud and greed as company went bankrupt.
AHT is one I missed out on a couple of years ago along with Taylor Wimpey and sports direct. But you cant invest in them all.
I buy stuff from Howdens and should really have a little re-shuffle but waiting for Barclays rights issue.
Nice, some good holdings there. I day trade the ftse 350 a lot but long term oldings as follows: Main Market - AHT (my top pick), HWDN, LGEN and WMH. AIM - HAWK (broke above daily bollinger today), COMS and MAGP
What about you. and of course I have some Aggreko (lol)
TCG, FGP, LLOYDS AND BARCLAYS. Have good gains on TCG Barclays I am sitting on a loss on some, lloyds have been in and out twice recenly as down a lot from years ago when Halifax. Gradually trying to close the gap.
Great day - top of the tree! Daily red line rsi is a biggie in TA coupled with those MAs on minutes charts as aforementioned. GLA What else you holding?
Up over 50p so you think you are making a fortune then you realise its only 3% better than being down though (lol)
