Can’t even hire a new CEO yet it’s been some 6 months and we’re still waiting…all talk little action so far. Need to start delivering!
Look at POS announce a £5 mil contract and people paying 5p within minutes of the open. Was 2.7p on Friday.
If they win and announce this contract I can see the momentum traders all over this at double the current price, a lot of people play safe now and only buy stocks after the good news .
Actual Experience PLC on Friday said it is in contract talks with a "large" UK central government department, as the software firm reported a narrowed annual loss.

Actual Experience loss narrows; in advanced UK government discussions
The company is working closely with channel partners such as Verizon Communications Inc and Vodafone Group PLC and also is increasing the size of its sales team.

Good afternoon Karlvonwise
Hopefully spring will be an interesting time - in a positive way I'd like to think - but I believe your comments are simply paraphrasing details stated within the 2022 annual report published 27 January and covered here in share news.
ATB
I believe spring will be interesting an interesting time:
* advance discussion with u.k gov Completes spring 23
*advance discussion with 2 leading professional services Complete * late spring 23
* summer 23
Current customer Vodafone, Verizon and LACE I believe.
It's the right kind of market for these type of stocks. Unloved all time lows suddenly issue a contract they promised then all the herd and traders pile in at twice the price.
News can’t be far off, cash well above market cap, so could give back handsome rewards imo
Tr1 ???

Are you the 276k latino that buys at 1.19p then sells a few hours later for a loss, you pump and dump day traders are a pain can you not hold anything more than 1 day
Misread this, they are actually in advanced talks with 3 x companies in total so 3 x Contracts:
RNS extract ‘..We are in advanced discussions with a large UK central government department and expect this process to complete in spring 2023. We are also in advanced discussions with two leading professional services firms:..’
Have held back on details here but now have revealed its with Central Government. Must be very close / imminent now!
Seeing the way they pile into ITS I think this might have a spike soon. Cash of over £4 mil end of year v market cap of £2.4 mil. Cash burn reduced and in advanced contract talks so just a case of waiting for that to land and watching the herd chase this up 50-100 % well that is the gamble for me so rather than be a chaser I've added size by nibbling smaller amounts around the 1.1-1.4p mark several times today
Any idea what, if anything, gas caused the flurry of share sales and buys in the last couple of weeks. as I have not seen any announcement from AE?

New studies find businesses aren’t geared up for the future of work
Through a partnership between two HR specialist organisations, LACE Partners and Actual Experience plc, collaborative research reports have found that organisations need to do more to be truly prepared for the future of work. This includes upping the game when it comes to Chief People Officers (CPOs) and Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and their respective functions working together to deliver on the future needs of the workforce and productivity of their businesses.
In July 2022, HR and Payroll transformation consultancy LACE Partners asked 30 CPOs from a wide variety of industries and company sizes to provide the answer to a simple question on “what their ‘one big thing’ is for the next 12 to 24 months”. Three common themes emerged: talent attraction, flexible / hybrid working and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
They have 5m in the bank and undertaken cost cutting exercises so cash burn is not the same as previous…this will reduce substantially. What you’re saying about contracts applies to all companies not just ACT, so you can’t knock this company specific for this.
Look at their cashburn. They are toast within 12 months without some decent contract wins
It looks like that the depressed seller flushed out TR-1 shortly, my word this has fallen down so hard. Recent placing at 1.9p all directors in, company fully cashed up, so outrageous drop to 1p…can only be explained by this depressed seller.
New CEO news shortly and upbeat trading statement last month May well be turning the corner.
Big sale reported end of day, mg investments fully out.
M&G Investments
7,921,115
Sale was 5,871,115
Could bounce from here.
Market getting sick of these lot SP now 1.4p to sell , little news happy to taken options every month. Delivering zilch even after a massive discounted placing in Sept!
They aren’t getting any more money from the market on this shambolic performance.
Can’t wait, interim CEO seems to just as bad as the previous CEO. No update or RNS yet when they should be shouting from roof tops…seems happy to just keep seat warm for new CEO!
Hi im schalf , I bought in today....the sell is actually a buy.
Best wishes schalf
