I think there is also another interview from yesterday with Kerry, enjoy https://youtu.be/EXuJP6NyoSA
Great interview, thanks for sharing. Clearly they expect also growth through their partnerships now to take place in the US, in addition to the UK. With customer retention of 90% + and new contracts with massive positive impact on their top line we can all see that we are gradually increasing as mentioned by Angus and Kerry yearly revenues and in turn multiples used to derive ACRM fair valuation. In essence share price will gradually rerate from such small mcap, especially if you couple the revenue increases with the fact that the free float is largely in strong hands. Top up and wait patiently and in my mind we will move back towards the 10-11p mark and on new contracts break higher into a new price range. Angus was talking about a possible valuation of £60mio in 2-3 years. In my experience these things always take longer or we don’t get to the full expectations, but what is clear is that the upside is significant and the business clear to understand. DYOR
Just the start of things to come
Very exciting times ahead with great Mgt and the right market sector
#ACRM - excellent contract win (circa £400k) with government department (expect MOD).
The simplicity of the narrative here is key:
- Cyber Security SaaS company.
- Accretive revenue via new contract wins materially moves the mcap val
- Minimal barriers to execution
- Pipeline over 200% of existing revs
- New partnerships and focus on growing indirect revs (minimal impact to OPEX)
- High margins / High retention and renewal rate (96%)
- New, hungry, sales and commercially orientated CEO wanting to make a mark
For any newcomers I would recommend this interview done a couple of months ago which explains the significant upside after the purchase of 100% of Acuity and name change to ACRM. Angus Forrest, now Chairman, gives an idea of revenue growth potential https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbApQxYV7pM DYOR
Excellent contract with significant revenues and prospects of other contracts with related organisations. New contracts will land as per business plan, as Kerry and Angus mentioned before renewal rates are incredibly high and once they have made inroads with an organisation they can usually sell further services to that client or market to other government departments. Easy to understand business with clear goals and massive upside from such low mcap.
Great news
Agree - great volume this week, often indicator that news is inbound.
1st contract will light the fuse.
Under 10p is simply cheap.
Moves on not much....
Pullback seems to be over and buying volume coming back in, we all know new contracts will follow. Buy the dip is my take and wait patiently. DYOR
No doubt Kerry will be even more motivated now to deliver on ACRM's growth's plan. Let's sit back and enjoy. Might use this pullback to add a few more as the journey has just begun and has a long way to go. DYOR
They will always be working on contracts to build ARR.
Most are not to be RNSed (either due to value or strategic importance) and just get added to the ARR pot for trading updates.
Not a problem.
News will move us
Sorry - was having a really bad day that day I posted, sincere apologies.
It was mentioned in one of the interviews , that they are working on contracts !
If you go through them you might spot it !
Great News and smart changes on the board.
That was for 'Mojolse' not you 'theyknowitall'.
On what basis did you write that? How do you know there's news this week? If you don't factually know, perhaps, you know, you could consider not writing that sort of stuff on here? Unless you do know something? And if you do, enlighten us.
I have said this is cheap and a multi bagger for the last 18 months
Only going one way
Big week coming !
No stock in the market
Contract news imminent !
Great interview - focus and no BS.
Could be due to the latest very interesting interview which provides an idea of possible market cap valuations at certain revenue parameters https://twitter.com/Acuity_RM/status/1668972479203745794
I wonder what's triggered the activity today...........after a relatively quiet couple of days (I thought the shares would dip, with some possible profit taking tbh). Interesting -Friday's are usually quiet for alot of the shares I'm in.
Dream on
Raise incoming at a discount although it’ll be higher than the last 4.5p one
