derisorily small purchases

The sell off yesterday was totally overdone.
Guess the board can buy into the opportinity the same as the rest of us.
Shows they know a bargain when the see one.
I unashamedly joined them. In at 410 - see what happens :)
If you can beat 'em, join 'em
They probably can't believe their luck at being able to buy in at such a low price, Sell off yesterday took no account of the LiveData Migrator launch
RNS! - ...and the board all buy in. Joke!
Major Tom, is your name really Major Richards?
Whilst I agree a suitable buy in price may be in the horizon, are you really saying you do not think the BOD are a bunch of robbing w******?
Just interested.
£220m market cap looks too much and given Richards has said every year for several years next year will see genuine momentum. It’s jam tomorrow and always has been. Too many false dawns. They said cloud migration was on the up H1, $3.6m says otherwise.
The board’s (6 of 162 staff) remuneration in FY19 was over 10% of revenue - Richards’ package was nearly 6% of revenue which has fallen from $19.6m in 2017 to $17m in 2018 & $16.2m last year with losses increasing from $13.5m to $28.3m in same period. To even match the pathetic $16.2m of 2019 they’ll have to do $12.6m H2 so over 3 times H1 and losses will be higher.
It is criminal. Richards has milked this and good to see the CFO sell shares in July at 620p. They are taking the ****. It’s criminal.
Sad to see such poor results for WAND but happy that it allowed me to get onboard at a price I am more comfortable with.
I think it is a great achievemt to become the first independent software vendor to achieve Amazon Web Services competency status for data migration and whilst I know the CEO has a reputation of over promising but if "The Board remains confident that while revenue in FY2020 will be below expectations, the combination of our market opportunity, product readiness, and deepening commitments from cloud partners provides a strong platform to deliver significant revenue growth in FY2021 with the Board expecting a minimum revenue of $35 million." that will do for me.
I'm a glass half full sort of guy, I am investing with a 2 year hold in mind so all I am comfortable investing at this price.
