Good afternoon THGambler
SGS Results will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal within 12 months of the clinical study report being finalised. So as late as sept 2022.
Stock markets nervous across the board, thus SP to date.
Positive with consolidation.
Happy with spread of investments.
Everything taking longer.
Everything costing more.
Roof over my head, food in the fridge and shortly able to live an unstinting life without looking like a surgeon.
Like many, guess I’ll just have to wait with VELA, but whatever the outcome I count myself as LUCKY.
wouldn't be surprised to see a resignation announcement either after hours tonight or first thing Monday. The way this is unravelling he's toast anyway. Either total incompetence in terms of diligence with our funds or worse. Non survivable.
There has always been the suspicion regarding the outcome from the trial as the results had no data to back up claims, 4 months on we still have no data to back up the 'successful results' claim. We have been led to believe from SGS and VELA that the trial was successful and commercialisation talks are ongoing. We should really wait until we are told otherwise officially. The only problem is the silence, SGS selling the first opportunity they could and the SP crashing is not very good supporting evidence for a successful trial.
At the time I wondered about the inordinate haste of the SGS exit. Everyone was sold the idea that they're only a research outfit, not an investment bank. Now. we see the reality and no-one is owning-up. It confirms the votes I cast regarding appointments to the BOD were correct. I had wondered about rabbits being pulled from bags at the last moment. Too late!
Selling at 0.0325. Forget the AGM. We need an EGM to demand answers or get rid of THE ENTIRE BOD. Someone needs to come clean. I hope and believe its just been total incompetence in the way the SGS contract was written but they need to admit it, otherwise people will start imagining more sinister things. Just tell us what's happening!!!!!!!! Staying quiet is no longer an option. Before anyone says that's what the agemis for, not true, the sp demands an RNS, as it has for two weeks now.
Furthermore, should the trial be successful, we expect to agree a commercial deal with a partner almost immediately."
This is what we where told via a RNS back in December 2020. The trial was then declared successful in September 2021, allowing SGS to sell their Vela shares. If things have changed then i would fully expect to be updated, again via a RNS. I am struggling to understand how anybody can defend SGS or Vela when it comes to the trial. It is the Covid trial that has dropped the SP to this pathetic value.
Off course we all know shares can go up and down and i would like to hope nobody has put their mortgage on an AIM share. I do think we are entitled to some form of update though.
Its also a fact that all companies will monitor their media presence and commentary. So these comments and those from other media platforms will be seen. Wether they care or not is another matter.
I agree with toffeeman. Yes we know investments can go up and down but if you were in this share before results you will have seen your holding go from 0.14p down to this pitiful and embarrassing 0.03p. So I think there is every right for investors to ask questions? Or lets all stay quiet and let the current BoD run this further into the ground. Give us something to be positive about?
Coast, you just wrong Im afraid. I have created the account as I am recently retired, I have invested here since Airporter and before, I know full well what TW does, yes I am unhappy with the BOD and if you had the slightest insight into how things work you would realise that shareholder discontent is a great way to motivate companies to get results. This works even better if it is highly visible discontent. Or I. guess we could rely on your method of saying nothing.
You've twice mentioned getting TW to investigate what's going on with Vela. This is a bloke who posts bs and lies about companies in order to profit from it. You claim to of been involved in this share for years yet only created your account last month with every post since an attack on your own so called investment. Nah, you're dodgy and I've sussed you out Tom.
anyway, selling at 0.034 now, so positive outlook or negative it doesn't really matter, the fact of the matter is the current BOD have destroyed our holdings.
Okay, just to set the record straight. I have been in and out of this share for far longer than your 18 months, back to the days of packing your bags for you and taking them to the airport. The company has always been straightforward, here's what we bought on your behalf, this is how its doing, we sold that at a profit, we sold that at a loss. The SGS deal has changed all that and its riled me. Also, TW has never mentioned this before and probably never will if there's nothing to see so you're miles out on that.
theory
The only person I'm calling out is you. I certainly don't think you're genuine or a lth. In fact, I think you may be called Tom?. How's that for a conspiracy theorie?.
those that were in for a 10% rise when it dipped in to the 0.03s. Attacking holders with genuine grievances and massive losses in the hope of getting a few Ito buy so they can sell out at evens. Transparent.
