All quiet here - some interesting questions from the Singapore stock exchange to Sinocloud which they seem to answer - wonder if this delayed the (assumed) equity raise to fund the purchase of the UVEL shares?
As the transaction needs to go to a SinoCloud shareholder vote would we not have seen an update regarding that by now?
Last day of April tomorrow, there should be a RNS out regarding the Sino Cloud transaction.
Enjoy, bet your looking forward to that :)
=minus 10% of your stake, but if the others have gone up.Average 6 x 5%......... As I said earlier I nead a ratio 3to 1 winners to be sure. but always have 3% stop loss and if anything starts negative get out. When I started I was cautious , and that was the way to play it. overconfidence is fatal. One time I was that bloody confident I had no stop loss and two open positions, went to a party, next morning logged on late, both down massively. It's not a game, you've got to be on the ball all the time.
Advice noted, Deano's coming home Thursday, we'll go fishing. He owns the UndergroundSports Bar And Grill in Andorra. It's the number one in Pas de la Casa out of 98 on Trip Advisor, if you're into skiing go there. Check it out.ATB
I cant keep up with you, sure your not overdoing it..
You need to get some of that wind energy, and may be slow down..
I find reading online stuff draining, too much makes me feel horrible..
I see CNC down 9.5 p(9%), so how does that relate to your 1%, on x10?
Only reply when your energized,
I nearly added more He1, pressed buy with 9s left, said I exceeded 15s, tried again but no price, then price went up.. Ummed and arrddd.. 8-14p so quickly thinking(logic) its going to drop, but I laugh as this must be running on sentiment as no change in news from 8p..`So may just keep going...
Not feeling too good today, but , UVEL, I usually get in early, get impatient ( I'm a match fiserman, patients in matches is the last thing you need) and end up selling and regretting it., but I think this will, eventually, be ok.
Results..Got out of todays four 3 at 8.03 elix later, but too early, CNC was well down but at 8.03 only 1%, so I now have only GMR, NFc and SBI but have added quickly (might be a mistake) EPWN GYG JTC QXT SRC CNS and TMG.. Having removed the others I had 6 winners and 1 loser, but even if I'd let the loser stop loss @ 3% I would still be well up.
My sons HE1 was up 321.75%, and his Brother still up 75.07% in SYME !
Keeping it simple, they are paying twice the price, 3x if you back a little..
only once I have followed the big investors, unfortunately they got it wrong, so I became a longer LTH.
Still found myself doing a little research on this last night, when I should have been doing geology..
You have to work at this to make a living and succeed, its better than sitting on a production line, so not so sad..
I am excited about seeing your results for today and tomorrow, so sad too..
Do you think he1 will dip, been waiting to top up, but it will have to be some dip to make the wait worth while, was waiting on the next news, not expecting this sudden rise, especially today..Still winning though, so doing badly good ;) nice position to be in..
Share Talk 9th March. I have a sad life, I list all the Share Talk BB heroes and go through them looking for something I've not seen before. He ,as you know, usually concentrares on penny stocks. I'm using some of them in a system I've got using Stochastics , it's only in a VPF but has been showing good results since October, it'll be bread and butter money if I ever use the system for real.
SinoCloud, the way I see this, as I put in an earlier post, they have a controling interest without aquiring all the shares, maybe I'm being too simplistic but I dont think 4.1 was to much to pay to gain control. They might have only half the company but that's all they need to steer the company.imo
So, it sounds to me that they are buying 1/2 the company for 2x the current share price, its an expensive way to push a loan..
Or they believe they have a great investment..
I wonder what proportion of new Sinocloud shares will make up that £8.2m payment..
How did you find this one, since it does not seem to be well known looking at the BB and trading history
If anyone reads this. I was wrong in my previous post. Of course SinoCloud don't need more than 52%, it would be needless expence, they can steer the company wherever they wish. And I think they would 'nt have got 52% much cheaper than 4.1 p a share either. If they had bought in tranches the market would have reacted after a few 5% tranches had been TR1'd and if they'd gone for an all out takeover it would have had to be at a premium price.
Hy, just bought in (hell of a spread) This looks as if SinoCloud will take it over, they will, if the proposed pdmr dealing goes through, already have a controling interest with 52% anyway, I know the UK takeover code does'nt apply in this case, but with 52% and seats on the board, I cant see them not wanting the rest. Any views?
