Could well rise in anticipation of Loxley outcome from tomorrow onwards, then bleed off a little as some folks get nervous about SCC outcome (despite optimism there is a still a risk as you can’t legislate for those nutters), then either a win or appeal situation emerges that could divert the path either further up or bleed off again.
It’s not a straight track to riches ..... especially on a share struggling to have held 0.17 pence, this is not a cert it’s still full of risk.
Tomorrow hopefully will show upwards, then there’s quite a bit of time for folks to be chasing in / getting nervous before 17 Sep. Unless everyone buys every day it could well slip back again pre-planning rerun.
Mr Investment
Yes it has been 11p a long time ago and once only. Never reached that price again and in those days there weren't 11+ billion shares in issue. 2p to 3p would be excellent
Think most investors here have averages which are a lot higher than the current share price. My average is 1.42p just recived some funds today so will deffinately by averaging down first thing tomorrow .
Re-rate has begun. This time is up ... and up. When Loxley gets approved ... multibag from here.
>> remember this used to be 11p.
LOL. And this is why you don't listen to muppets like this on the internet.
And believe me, I want the SP to rise so I can get out. But there's no chance of getting any where near 1p any time soon, never mind 11p.
We have said several times on this board, SS runs a tight ship. no one saw Turkey coming, although he said in the RNS 30th june, we continue to pursue actively at home and ABROAD. It was obviously a done deal then.
He has quietly challenged the SCC, stating facts, not causing waves, now it looks like we will win. Todays increase will be made larger when the result is made official.
One of my favourite words on here is, sentiment. Forget charts, M/C, cost per barrel, greed, (sentiment) will shoot this up!
Besides good news coming, Double Turkey for Christmas.
Keep the faith UKOGers.
They have the option to abstain. So anyone who would like to vote No will be told, before the meeting, that they should take that course of action to avoid legal ramifications. That way they can turn around to Dorris and Jim saying they didn't give it the go ahead it was others. It will pass one way or another.
I am of the opinion that the council committee should stand down and a new lot elected. There is hardly a shred of confidence in the current council when during an important vote, some sought council from family members which in no doubt influenced their decision. This farce may continue as I suspect to save face and these same councillors may stick to their original decision to reject. I do hope SCC's legal team do intervene/advise the council that a rejection is not in the best interest of the council. I'm desperately in need of some good luck lately as I've now been out of work since March and unable to top up at those low prices.
Agreed
Expect the SP to multi-bag from here
The SCC legal team have effectively put the committe on a warning, and set them up for a bruiding loss if UKOG refer any subsequent refusal to the Government Minister.
The legal team have set out clearly that there is no legal reason to refuse, so if this went to an appeal after a second refusal UKOG's first witness would be the Council's head of Legal Compliance.
This is basically approved now as even if they reject again they can't win an appeal with their own legal team appearing for the applicant
There are no grounds to refuse this application - none
The only thing stopping it is bad behaviour within Ctte - that bad behaviour has just been clobbered by their own legal team....they won't dare repeat it, counter to their own legal
I'd expect full support, quickly so to be inevitable
If SCC cannot find a legal argument against planning then it must be passed, the spotlights on them and they will be dragged to court loose and be in huge debt.
Advise should be adhered to by other SCC members who say it must go through.
