Does anyone know what the value of new tils shares will be on nasdaq? thanks
Thks Blu.So it's not a waste of money buying these, soon to be old,Tils shares at these prices..i.e.old Tils will turn into half the number of new Tils, whose SP will follow in line with that of TLSA..and i can then sell my new Tils in the future, hopefully when they re-rate higher..yes?
After the close of play on the 20th Oct you will no longer be able to trade Old TILS shares & TLSA ADR's. From the opening bell on the 21st in the USA, trading will commence in the new shares. UK holders will receive 1 new share for every 2 shares they held in TILS. Holders of ADR's will receive 1 new share for every ADR they held.
We will probably not receive our shares immediately, so holders of TILS may miss a few trading days. But nothing like Accustem.

Sorry guys, seeking clarification again if possible. After the 21st Oct.,for anyone still holding shares in Tils..will Tils share price here follow in line with that of Tlsa stateside,.even though we can only sell them on this side of the pond ?.or will the share price here just gradually fall with sells only and no buys ?..sorry,want to double check this novel situation before i buy any more...
I agree with Nolupus
1. Nasdaq trading start 21st Oct
2. Many UK investors will not be able to buy after 15th Oct - Only sell
3. UK investor have been informed that the new shares may not be available for some time after the Nasdaq listing.
4. All the trial dates are October, probably late ( 1 gives a date of 25th Oct, another 28th Oct, the 3rd only says October).
5. I can only imagine this is giving an opportunity for US investor to be able to buy in early on the Nasdaq listing. ( Mates rates????).
I'll wait for the 2:1 to complete and see where we are trading.

Why would they want uk shareholders to sell?surely having shareholders is better than having none?
No big reaction in the US Lev. If I recall correctly, the last time you posted you mentioned the share price would fall to 40p when it was in the low 50s. It then surged to around 65p soon after you posted. Hopefully a good omen now you're back.
D-Geeman ,
It comes across like ‘ they ‘ are trying to get as many as UK holders to sell out before they get us on the Nasdaq ..
Wonder who is going to benefit the most from this organized holdup ?
I for one will be filling my coffers and will hold for the future , but everyone to their own trades …
Doubt the company will raise funds soon unless they have some really good news ready to boost the share price. Nasdaq is merely affected after the RNS, 38m in the bank and we are having quite a few trials starting by from this Oct., so I suspect if there were a fund raise, it should be north of 1 Pound minimum at some stage next year.
Cheers Nolupus. I bought a few more this week and you know Tils rather well so your thoughts welcome
There is enough cash for at least another year and they will definitely wait until they are only on the Nasdaq , IMO
not sure we had the benefit of talc...
Looks like holders have been dry bummed with extra talc. £12.6m loss and looking to raise. This tanks Monday. Well done to this who got out in profit. If your still in, maybe put them in the bottom drawer as they will get there one day. They always said they would need to raise in 2022 but sooner the better as the sp will be in decline until they have raised and the sp has had a chance to retrace to placing price which will be the time to buy in my opinion. Unfortunately that will be back to square one at 20p most likely. £100k+ salaries for the bod though ;)
