I doubt it, thats why they are doing the $20mil raise at the moment via the sales of ADR;s
Will the cash injection needed not come from the sale of StemPrintER to get the other works in the pipeline through?
They have 2 separate big pharma lined up for foralumab & Milciclib, retrace comments made by GC & kunwar during interviews about the direction and requests made to move in that direction with the drugs. Funding no issue
yes, thank you, I appreciate the education regarding the size of pizzas!
On another note, Tiziana will require a lot of cash in the next 2 - 3 years because getting the two lead candidates through late stage clinical trials will costs tens of millions. They can keep coming to market or of course sell off an asset such as StemprintER to provide the cash they need. Another thing that's becoming more and more common with smaller Biotechs at the moment is private placings or big pharma taking a direct equity stake when new shares are issued. It will be interesting to see which one of those options play out here.
Actually two 8 inch pizzas are smaller than one 12 inch.
Not an accountant
Do the two 6" Pizzas have deep crust though ?
I'd like to see the House Broker release a research note that has proper DCF valuations for all the assets - that is what is needed to alert specialist Healthcare institutional Investors (in the U.S, there aren't any here).
Davey - two 6 inch pizzas have less surface area than one 12 inch pizza... sorry
Thanks, DCR. My view is that given a little time TILS will prove itself to be an outstanding investment. I think of the shares in the new company as just a bonus, but a very, very nice one!
I agree shareman, but I did say StemprintER currently has zero value and that two 6 inch pizzas will ultimately become larger than the current one 12 inch pizza! I also did say that the value of Tiziana may drop temporarily, but any drop would not last very long. But thankyou for making all your points, I do not disagree with any of them! STRONG BUY.
Agreed, yet how much is it worth ...?
These people are DR's/researchers, their passion is to develop a drug/cure and aid the medical research of products., not just to make money. Its not a finance company they will build up, sell, make a lot of cash and watch it crumble. If it is sol, not only does the price have to be right but also the future of the company and its development. Which is why I would expect the current board/development team to still want to have some control, hence the demerger.
DCR, If you watch the Gabriele Cerrone interview on Proactive on 22nd May they discuss the situation in relation to the split / demerger of StemPrint ER from TILS. Gabriele points out that until the outcome of the Royal Marsden Hospital trials the week prior to the interview investors were largely unaware of the existence of StemPrint. They invested in the company because of the other aspects of Tiziana's work such as Foralumab, Milciclib and in relation to Covid 19. As such he says that Stemprint was until then valued at zero on the balance sheet. At that time the SP was around 97p having been much higher in the past without investors knowing of StemPrint. So, my view is that the analogy with the pizza is a little misleading in this instance. The value of Tiziana may reduce after the split since part of the SP rise, particularly since the ASCO poster, may well be due to the outstanding results of StemPrint ER becoming public knowledge and also the prospect of 'free' shares. However, it will not in my view be like splitting a pizza in two equal halves. I don't want people to get the impression that that is likely to be the case. StemPrint, although a very valuable asset , is only a very small part of the TILS 'staple'. Indeed, the value of the TILS shares plus the shares in the new company will in my view exceed the current TILS share value. I could, of course, be wrong but I hope not for the sake of all current shareholders.
AGreed JR we just don't know what the ture plan is. Missing it off the AGM was interesting as it was an ideal low cost way of holding a vote on STEM. So flushing out a bidder could be the long game and it looks as though it flushed out 5 NDA's. WHat's not to like? Head we win tails we win.
"Is there not always the possibility that stem will be sold before any of this take place ?"
Yes, a very strong possibility........
Yep JR,
All I am basing my Investment on here is the potential future market caps of both companies. The pipeline of world class products IMHO is amazing and can only IMHO be measured in billions per company in the future, so its top-up , hold, hold top-up and enjoy the ride.

Is there not always the possibility that stem will be sold before any of this take place ?
Stem will be SOLD before any spin of. Easier to buy now than wnen it become a sepeate company. Good luck all whichever View you take
Yes agreed lots of scenarios here. The company is doing it because they feel undervalued. Splitting STEM forces the market to evaluate and give value. I am interested in how it comes out. Hopefully we see both shares gaining in value.
The mcap of TILS is likely to fall temporarily when StemprintER is spun out, even though the Company says the markt is currently attracting zero value to the asset. If the mcap does fall I would like to think it would recover quite quickly although who knows how markets value Companies like this! You'd like to think there would be a DCF type valuation but not here!
I'm keeping my last bottle of Grand vin de Chateau la tour 1982 premier grand cruz to celebrate when the de-merger goes through as it will be the start of a seriously phenom journey whist retaining the crown jewels together with a pipeline of world class products.
Dcr, think it will be fillet for me!
gla,

Thats a possibility but ask yourself. What is the value in the current TILS SP.
Is it based on the STEM. or other products or both ? Once you take STEM out of TILS. the 2 companies will be free to trade
TILS may goto 200 and STEM may goto 400.. Too many scenarios to fathom.
If say TILS is 500p and we get one free STEM share and STEM opens at 100p with TILS remaining at 500p then have you got a free 100p? I thing we might have.
LOL. Always remember that STEM has no value on the books. As they clearly stated.
both will be completely covered with jalapenos!
Time they get to the size of 8 inch they be cold ;)
