easier to sell stem off if not dual listed to start I reckon.Once stem is sold off, any interviews of KS would be about brazil, nasal and oral administration, the jewel in the crown and the good Dr's favourite analogy about mother's milk
I think they have been so beaten by Nas with regard price they did not want these shares at this early stage anywhere near the US. They can dual list soon enough. They thought Nas would value TILS more highly. It has beaten the crap out of the stock.
Maybe best to leave Nas alone for a little while here.
Letsbcool......my thoughts...exactly.....unfortunately my unhappiness regards the demerger mess and my rants from 2 months ago have come to haunt me...nothing has changed....pipeline is great...long hold until this demerger mess is over
Without a question of doubt the BOD have handled this demerger process really badly in a very naive manner
They have hung out the shareholders for the MM's to establish themselves and play games for a far greater period of time than necessary.
Nasdaq & USA investors, I have been complaining for a very long time about the low volume and loss of USA investors and firmly believe that the board has treated them with contempt.
The Accustem share on a 1:1 basis was made illiquid for a period of time up to 2 months, I wasn't happy with that but I think we are more forgiving especially when its a UK based company and think the US market didn't like that at all.
The same Accustem share when it eventually became free to trade could NOT be traded on their beloved Nasdaq and we all know how patriotic the USA are. They would then have to possibly change platforms to trade it, which for me could have been the killer blow to US interest in the share. A massive oversight by the BOD in my view
They appeared to have arranged their own Record day Accustem payout on the 8th October when the usual 150k volume went to 1,4m then the next day they all disappeared and have never been seen since. Today was a non event to them has seen during the UK trading period
Todays ending SP is absolutely no surprise to me having predicted this on the forum despite the £2 / £3 brigade and I will again say that until the Nasdaq is rectified we are going nowhere SP wise.
I dread to think that all good RNS's that where being ignored by USA/Nasdaq recently will continue with our new ones whilst the only have eyes for Regeneron.
We have a great company and pipeline that needs to be recognised and rewarded accordingly and the same applies to shareholders.
