I did the opposite. I traded all week made about 20 percent more shares, got too greedy and lost about half the profit shares in one day.sitting on hands time now.
Agree. No fannying about with buy / sell. Have sat on hands all week so know I will get my shares !!Happy days.
Agree asher - definitely makes this a whole lot less stressful, sit back and wait!
No conundrum for us lth’s :-)
It's a 'day traders share' after 2nd November when post ent as well isn't it?
Very confusing all this
So it's still a day traders share until cob fri 30th October.
I bought yesterday thinking I would'nt qualify for the Accustem.
What a conundrum this has turned out to be and I can remember posting a few months back that the Nomad has not advised the Bod's correctly.

Hi Stims,
Yep , missed that add-on.

Exactly my point - that's why I took the punt to top up. It sure is very confusing.
Well, I suppose I shall know what I get on the 2nd of Nov.
"Shareholders are reminded that unless the counterparties specifically agree otherwise, a buyer of the Company's Ordinary Shares ahead of the Ex-Date will assume the benefit to the Demerged Shares, and a seller, ahead of the Ex-Date, would need to pass the benefit to the buyer, even if the seller is the recorded owner at the Record Date."
EVEN IF THE SELLER IS THE RECORDED OWNER AT THE RECORD DATE
Sorry for SHOUTING, can't figure out how to underline.
Viper999,
Too late IMHO due to timing for the registration of your shares as takes 2 days to register, therefore, as record date and time is as RNS'd 7.00am Friday October 30th takes you back to GC statement that cob 27th Oct is last time/date to qualify.
Now, in saying that if and it's a big if, your shares are able to be registered before 7.00am on Friday 30th, you should qualify for the equivalent Accustem shares.

I topped up some more thro Interactive Investor - am not really sure whether i would get the Accustem dividend shares or not, but hey ho, let's see. All set for some good days ahead...
I bought at 9am today. I use AJBELL.
so do I, I was their first ever SIPP Customer and can confirm they are as you suggest
I use A J Bell - hopefully they're not total clowns.
will depend how efficient your broker is in getting them settled and registered to you
Still have little idea if that means I qualify for free shares lol.
