AAL's history at Boulby suggests they might have an angle. Then again they may be buying Sirius for the losses they can book. Who knows, you'd have to ask AAL but the one thing is clear, them coming in now will cost them an awful lot less to take the project through to completion than it has cost Sirius so far.
From the scheme documents
As part of that process, Anglo American will review the residual
capital for the Project under its ownership. Sirius currently expects incremental capital of approximately
US$3.3 billion in order to reach a production level of 10 mtpa and including a relatively high level (P90)
of contingency. During these first two years and subject to the update, development work of approximately
US$300 million per annum is expected. In line with its capital allocation framework Anglo American will
also keep potential syndication of the Project under review.
Are AA actually committing more than existing outstanding contracts. Clearly no rush to market poly4

Yes.
Really.

Whether they are off takes or TorPs is irrelevant in the context of why i originally referred to them.
"GK will be sitting pretty somewhere, he played it well, shorted it when it mattered."
He realised early on what a lot of us did not, that this was primarily a trader's share and not a long term holders share and thus made good profits most of the time. But he lost some of that when he got caught out buying at 15p just before the big plunge.

I'm fully aware of whether off takes are enforceable. That's not the purpose and context of why I referred to then. Dogstar posted that there was no independent verification for the efficacy of our product. My point, regardless of whether off takes are enforceable, is that others wouldn't be wanting our product if it's efficacy hadn't been proved.

So why are AAL buying this? Have they bought into the hype?
A punt on poly4? , it will sell at its true value but what would that be if it did reach 10MTA?
Perhaps they will target MOP at a depth of 1300 metres, proven product.
I think Myo is working with ShareSoc
GK will be sitting pretty somewhere, he played it well, shorted it when it mattered.
Re: Gias Kidney,
Scotman, is the man to ask about him :O)
....and what of Galas kidney?
Taste. I have met Myo and PAA on several occasions and would be very surprised if they where SXX men, more like they are liking there wounds.
Maybe; I seem to remember his constant claims of global conspiracies against sxx rather than acknowledging BoD not delivering the plan having bitten off more than they could chew.
Seems as though all record of him has disappeared and PAAA.
I think the Guru Myosotis was indeed in some kind of employ of Sirius...now the crap has hit the fan there doesnt seem to be any trace of his posting history....vanished just like the thousands of pounds of shareholder money
happened to the self proclaimed Guru called Myosotis that used to post daily waffle on here ?....he seems to have vanished along with my many thousands of pounds here....seems mighty odd to me as he was constantly banging on about the engineering side of things Sirius day in day out...now not a trace of him....maybe he was working for Sirius along ....
