I’m with you. He’s got to do something once a constituent asks.
Haha. From me Bellers? Don't know what you mean
Do I detect a hint of sarcasm? :-)
On the back of all the emails and petitions from 'concerned genuine LTHs' Scotsman.
Can't possibly backfire that can it?
“Scarborough and Whitby's Conservative MP, Robert Goodwill, says he's made representations at "the highest possible level".”

On the company’s authority?
Hmm! ;-? I don’t think so.
This is why this share is a 'private investors favorite'
there has never really been a development so much in the public eye of this type of development from start to finish - blame the internet, but so many small PI's have been caught up in the hype
I'm a big believer in the long term viability of this project - albeit there a lot of short term hurdles to navigate in the meantime
There's a lot of local investors - some could have misread that report as it wasn't prefixed with 'Back in August...'
I disagree. It's about setting your stop loss at the right level. I have one set and I'm still holding.
Stop losses serve a purpose in certain situations though!
Looks like people reacted to report of bonds being pulled as if it was today instead of last month, imho.
Everyone who has been following the developments during the last hour please take note.
These are the sorts of incidents that trigger stop losses - if you have stop losses in place please reconsider the implications.
I live in North Yorkshire and work around the area that the sirius mines are based and I've heard some horror story's of the level of investment locals have put into the mine. We are talking full pension pots, life savings etc. So I'm not surprised that a lot of people will be sat on the edge of their seats waiting for any bit of news and the panic that can then be created from some poor reporting!
So much panic, hard for us new(ish) investors to keep calm!
It’s like shouting “snake” in a fairground. Whoever has posted the “5p” post should be ready to face the music.
The article isn’t news , it’s been well known for weeks , regurgitating same old same old
Nothing we didn't already know.
NO NEWS
I guess people are so jumpy that a news article just repeating what we already know can cause a panic
MP urges Prime Minister to support Whitby potash mine:
Prime Minister Boris Johnson is being urged to support a North Yorkshire based company trying to secure funds to develop what would be the world's largest potash fertiliser mine.
Scarborough and Whitby's Conservative MP, Robert Goodwill, says he's made representations at "the highest possible level".
Like I said - no news.

The mine, near Whitby, suffered a setback after a bond aimed at raising money for the project was pulled.
Sirius Minerals is looking to raise more than £400m before the end of this month for the next phase of the scheme, which is expected to create more than 1,000 jobs.
Scarborough and Whitby's Conservative MP, Robert Goodwill, says he's made representations at "the highest possible level".
The company plans to transport up to 10 million tonnes of polyhalite a year from Whitby to Redcar using a 23-mile (37km) tunnel.
AGREE NO NEWS
THIS IS A LESSON TO ALL THOSE WHO PANIC TO NOT PANIC UNLESS YOU SEE THE FACTS THAT THERE IS AN IMPENDING CLUSTER FOOK!!

If you go down to 12.18 (exactly the same time the shares dropped) it appears some very poorly worded reporting might of caused panic amongst local PI's?
There's no news - it's BS.
