Totally agree trrime, there has been several posters over the years advising strong buy with technical jargon who actually new zilch. Let's hope those years have taught them a lesson.
Never said that at all. Just said that if I was the other party and had got a bargain why would I want to renegotiate? If you signed an agreement to buy my car for £5000 and then had the AA inspect it to say it was worth £2000 don't expect me to renegotiate the price just because you got things wrong.
Evening Caddy,
"In light of certain changes of circumstance SINCE signing the Agreement with ONE Dyas.
Last time we talked on this topic you seemed to suggest they should just take the deal, despite the fact that it would not be in shareholders interest?
All the best.
You would only want to renegotiate a deal if you did a bad deal in the first place. Looks like we have been badly let down again. Let's just have some information from the bod even if it just to apologise to shareholders for being crap.
I expect you will get some reply such as "I am the only one being balanced" ArielArrow but then that would be a lie would it not?
Neil, if it comes to fruition the funding package looks very good ? so I'm not sure what problem you have with it,
Why do you say the bod are having second thoughts when the only information we have had since October is about renegotiation of the deal due to changed circumstances? anyone would think that you want the deal to fail,
Seems rather strange if you really are invested, why bash your own investment?
Interesting angle Neil H, the funding looks pretty standard to me, or in fact at this end of the market pretty good. It's the price that appears to be in question.
