mherby As posted the UK company is not material to our investment.
The 2.5 million that Solo paid for a stake in H1 is shown in the accounts for the BVI holding company Helium One Ltd company number 1888591.
The positive results people are talking about are 3 fold and not specific to Helium-1
1.0 we are post EGM a production company producing 1000's BOEPD since the first Jan 2019 €40 million NPV 2P resources + €60 million MPV10 2C resources in the North sea.
2.0 The positive announcements from the Tanzanian Government point to the licence being issued soon
3.0 Helium-1 due to IPO in Australia.
These might help bring you up to speed on the new assets.

cperkin - yes I can go back in time and see this answer you gave last time but 2 things have changed, HELIUM ONE LIMITED uk was dissolved in August.
Secondly, people on today's post were quoting the very positive results of Helium One in regards to what the new share price will be. I am asking the question 'What is the positive news' as I obviously missed something?
Not my work, all stonefold's
This is key though.
The 2.5 million that Solo paid for a stake in H1 is shown in the accounts for the BVI holding company Helium One Ltd company number 1888591.
As that is a private company the accounts are not made public.
That transaction should not be duplicated in every component company, so there is no point looking for it in them.
that was what you said before Chris and explained well as always :o) !!!
I did email them several times about Flotation and Investing but unlike the other poster I got Jack back, so I done one threw the messaging service and also the email link Thanks !!!!
So in summary they have saved some time and money with the UK company since they will not be listing in the UK.
Helium One continues as does our stake in it as we wait for the ASX listing.
Every few months, same question type. They are going to list in AUS...
Stonefolds ever patient post below.
When he or anyone else says "Helium One" they mean the group of companies that form the business structure.
It would be a dull interview if he had to give a break-down of his job title for each component.
MD of the BVI holding company is Helium One Ltd company number 1888591
Director of the UK subsidiary company is HELIUM ONE LIMITED Company number 09523349
Director of the Auz subsidiary company is HELIUM ONE PTY LTD ACN 618 979 007
It is quicker to say MD or CEO of "Helium One Ltd".
The 2.5 million that Solo paid for a stake in H1 is shown in the accounts for the BVI holding company Helium One Ltd company number 1888591.
As that is a private company the accounts are not made public.

If you are not prepared to look then you will not find answers.
Who in fact is managing and operating the 'real' company is shown on the link

As for wanting a report on what our 13% investment in H1 is looking like right now...
I would imagine that they are waiting for either the Tanzanian authorities or the mood of the investment market to brighten up.
But the only person that could answer that is
http://www.helium-one.com/contact/
I think if I`m not mistaken Mr Perkins explained this one back along and will no doubt explain this again !!!!
Where did you read or hear that?
I think that Solo would have to Rns that if it was correct.
Can someone update me on Helium One because I obviously missed something as Helium One Limited was dissolved in August having never filed any accounts and I have never seen a balance sheet or report on pour investment anywhere as the other Helium One is buried offshore out of site. Please update me as would love to hear the great news I must have missed.
steve58 are you still 70k down, you must of been heavily down as you in both AEX/Solo I think, you must of had sleepless nights before on that anyway you get all your money back and much more soon :o) !!!
Mr had nothing to do with reef it was reef that messed all that up themselves . Do nobody read the RNS these days . Lenigas was in charge then and reef wanted more money because the calculation where all wrong. Burj is the one thing I can never understand . But I'm sure NR would have made up for that with the work he did for helium one . So it's all about time . Yes its take for ever but we all will get a return her for sure .
Morning steve. I agree NR and all the old team are now long gone and thankfully we still have a couple of good assets from his legacy. It is a completely different company in all other respect now. A BOD who are extremely capable as proven thus far and now with a great team around them and hence a different company and a new name.
Roll on the Scirocco launch, a production company producing thousands of barrels of oil with major development upside. I was already in very healthy profit at close but certainly hope that the new team continue to deliver for the very long term holders as well as the new faces.
GL
I know we can all blame nr for our troubles. He made bad mistakes in reef and pan but the Ruvuma and helium one assets should more than compensate us for them,
The future looks much better for the company and the licence renewal should start the process.
I am about 70k down myself so can agree with trimme and a few others on here in the same predicament. I truly believe that the company has at last after 8 years turned the corner and that it has a very profitable ahead. I still need about 15p to break even. I would like to think that this figure will be broken in the short term.
