“fund managers see a big risk they are going to sell shares for cash and safe havens.” I agree Sparky, something like into nice companies with zero debt and unrestricted cash ~150%+ of their MCAP.
I agree the risk Is still there, but I honestly don’t buy all this scarmongering by the media,it’s a flu virus! The world is not coming to an end, people will carry on as normal as it can’t be contained now.
To me this has been over exaggerated for many countries as a get out of jail free card to blame growth on, so yes I do think there will be a global slow down to some point but nothing as catastrophic as what the media are suggesting and nothing that rockrose can’t prosper in.
The selling of RRE shares has nothing to do with RRE fundamentals. If fund managers see a big risk they are going to sell shares for cash and safe havens. Has the risk subsided ? When will the risk subside? Flights, events, holidays, school closures, business closures on a global scale is going to have knock on effects with share prices and commodities prices. All IMO.
You sit it out then mate, don’t try and scare nervous investors out for your own gain of a cheaper entry price, an RTO and 6 month suspension could come at any time, this will recover, you might be ok with losing out on that but don’t panic others into a loss.
The fact you don’t appear to be able to get your heads around what is happening with oil and stock prices and why there is a sell off speaks volumes (pardon the pun) ! If global infections grow into next week all prices will plummet further. There could be more sellers than buyers for a while yet.
Hahaha sparky ramping to high heavens one day doom and gloom the next, have a day off mate.
I actually think we will recover this afternoon £15 close
duh.. yeh i reckon it's gong to zero then mate. Value is worthless.
Value comes from a price people are prepared to pay. If all people do is sell, value becomes worthless doesn’t it ?
that'd be a valuation at just over half of cash lol
Well I believe next week is pivotal but we COULD see oil $40 and FTSE 5500. It is not unthinkable to see RRE at £10 . CRAZY !!
