Falkland investor I will watch with interest your views along with your new mate over the next 12 months I’m sure between the pair of you there will be plenty ,I must really get under the RAF cleaners skin good luck !
Very much doubt this is going sub £1 lokiloo lol
I'd stake my farm on it!!
Falkland investor that’s a bot rich coming from you especially as you seem to have been everywhere,I see you are attempting to be polite now just like your new friend chief w——er. Happy days in a year or two but I suppose you and your mate won’t be here bye
Bye bye Walter LOL say hello to mrs witty
ARSENAL17 - you are the only person on here that claims to know RR better than anyone else. You're describing yourself, not me.
Anyway, this is becoming tedious. I'm off for a bit of family time, you know, Walter Mitty style.
Username you are all 3 and that’s why I would not filter you again because you always make me laugh with all of your story lines only been here a year but supposedly knows everything about RR ,what did you do in your past time write books and tell stories Walter keep up the good work ! LOL
ARSENAL17 - last year your favourite term was "Troll", this year it's "Walter Mitty". I wonder what it will be next year. I do hope it's Mickey Mouse.
Falkland investor the post is very clear
So basically your just gambling at present but have No stake in RR just an online bookmaker ?
Oh yes that’s right and you said that you had a certain holding here I can’t remember what that was but I do believe you could remind us unless of course it was another Walter Mitty story ?
ARSENAL17 - you wondered if I would be here in a year around this time last year. Is it something you are planing to roll out in response to my posts this time next year, the year after and so on...?
Whatever floats your boat, but it is a bit lame tbh.
Falky AKA Falkland Investor you seem to be all over the place ,I wonder where you will be in a year RMG then Lloyds then RR .I’m sure you won’t be here ?
Username your talk is more like a day trader that’s what you call tosh I wonder if you will be here in a year ?
ARSENAL17 - I could buy into your never-ending optimism, if you didn't come out with the same old tosh 12 months ago. Like the rest of us, you can't predict the future. Saying that you meant 1/2 year from now isn't going to impress anyone.
Falky - no, I was not being serious. I don't think there's going to be any material improvement in the SP this week, or for the rest of this year for that matter. Would be happy to be wrong though, very happy.
Username im talking of the future 1/2 years time in these pandemic days not as a day trader/ gambler like some are on here but that is there choice , as for your new friend CW I bet he is still cleaning them planes in his RAF job it appears he has some good ex in Aerospace .LOL oh by the way does his initials stand for Chief W——ER Ha Ha good luck
I think you must be mistaken cw1966. ARSENAL17 does not make assumptions in relation to Rolls Royce. In his own words he has "over 25 years past experience in RR as an engineer and [his] wife has more who is company senior staff".
There must be some good news in that Trading Update somewhere that the market has overlooked, perhaps? He did suggest we "wait and see" so I'm going to hold tight for the turnaround towards the end of the day.
Fair enough JTT.

KABOOM!
So much for the positive news ARSENAL17. Suspected as much...
CW agree after the foreign office whistleblower report on Mon and the Xmas party fiasco yesterday how low does it need to sink. Problem is none of them can be trusted to right the ship.
And I’m saying this as someone with positions in IAG and EZJ as well
Rr101 you need to look at RR differently to Tui, IAG and EZJ as for RR the RI is of the table while for the other 3 a few more twists and turns and they could need 1. Much safer swing trading RR with limited risk on the downside.
I wish I could have hit the button but again, didn’t want too much exposure so just bit my tongue. Now I’m biting it off haha
JTT, CW1966.
I steered clear of TUI at 204, I nearly hit the button this am but didn’t because of other news. Then it spiked and dipped back down again which I didn’t see.
Did it start rising at the time the omicron Pfizer news came out?
As I said in my other post, chose not to load up this evening as Rolls may take the same path as what TUI did today.
Bring on 7am!
Terrain, terrain.
Pull up, pull up.
Even if there is some good news in the RNS tomorrow, the SP will need to go up 5% (as at right now) just to get back to where we closed yesterday! Dred to think what will happen if it's bad news.
Gutted considering we were in the mid to high 140's only a month ago.
JTT same sector mate I agree but completely different businesses in what they do !
