Humber agreed to lockup 66% of the 350m shares for 3 months, followed by a further 3 months of orderly market restriction.
It means on approval from oga they can sell 34%, or forward sell as they are doing now Imo.
Locked up where?
Rubey,
My thoughts were the same, somone may come in and take the lot.
66% are locked up.
Hmm UJO doing 5% yesterday and 7% today, hope we will catch up at least with 4% :D
I think there's a very good chance that an institutional investor may be tempted to take Humber's share allocation before it gets onto the open market.
'try reading it again' lol. Try reading my post again. - 120m will be able to be sold in the first 3 months after approval.
Lang's TR-1 stated he went under 3% on 11th July. At the time the share price was 0.21p. Within a week it rose to 0.3, and stayed around that level for a further 6 weeks, before dropping to around 0.27. Lang (Humber) had no effect on the UJO share price, in my opinion. It was rumoured that Chrisoil (UJO's other big investor) did the damage to the share price, not Humber, because they'd already gone.
Rubey, try reading it again, they can sell a large number immediately, as for OGA does it matter its a stick on for approval.
Lang was a big holder and also a director of UJO he sold into the rise after the initial WN discovery, as the theory then was Humber needed his cash for their part in paying for future WN drills
Isdeer, Humber went from 15% to under 3% in UJO 4 months BEFORE the big November RNS, so they didn't exactly sell into the rise.
As far as I understand, the OGA haven't yet approved the issue of shares to Humber, and only 120m will be able to be sold in the first 3 months after approval (that's only 1.8% of the share issue).
The issue is clearly the 350m shares that have to be sold down that’s causing the stall in share price , they need to be cleared, that’s why we don’t have any big buyers out there, they are waiting for Humber to sell, the same happened at UJO when Lang sold all his shares when he left the board he was selling into the rise.
It's easy ....just filter me if you don't want to hear from me. Or is it that deep down you really like to know the other side of the coin even if it make uncomfortable reading. It's called masochism.
Robey if they removed tedious morons from aim bbs there would only be a fraction of posters left. The public has within its nu gers every category of nutter you would care to imagine and inevitably they appear on these bill boards. Admittedly it is those that wish ill on others where they claim to have no interest that are most nauseating.
As far as my investment in RBD is concerned I am holding and hoping for the success. However I think we should all recognise drilling is a risky business and although I believe our chances of success are better than average we would be foolish to assume WN success is not without risk.
sells being soaked up for a while now, disappointing RNS dealt with and price recovered the same day.
UJO holders excited about WN yet own a smaller piece of the action
Added a few more yesterday..
persimmon - I was short DAX and FTSE and tripled my NAS short at 2% up yesterday, closed all this morning and did ok. I'm sat on my hands again and only have RBD as a long... I manage tens of millions of pounds (funds) for a living.
Apart from being an annoying sanctimonious knob why are you here ????
Why would someone, who's not invested in Reabold, want to spend all day/every day posting negativity on the Reabold bulletin board? Especially when the company has apparently made him loads of money? Either this bloke needs to see a shrink or he is one sad dick.
Isn't there a rule about posting disruptive/misleading rubbish? Can't this tedious moron be removed?
BH.....The yolks on you, for not doing your homework !
PMSL
Decommissioning costs in US! I literally spat out my coffee laughing. This has to be P’s idea if a joke. It was actually funny. I think you have to respect that. Better than one of those boring old timer sayings
Pots and pans....... jeeeez
The share-talk A2 wellhead video was more my kinda thing
The money was raised here because what is down that hole is way bigger and waaaay better than Rathlin were ever hoping when they drilled. We have a big fish on but it’s not at the surface yet.
When it breaks at the top and people see it they are gonna squeal!!!
O M G etc
Decommissioning costs.... ha ha ha
