The problem is those shareholders who hold 45% dont look the sort to go unless they achieve a decent profit I would be surpised if that didn't have to be well north of 40p valuing the company at in excess of £100m
What I think is more likely to happen is a trusted partner is brought or a merger to manage and grow the business Anyone half decent arriving would get the share price moving .
Something is going to happen its just when They cant just let it wither on the vine and as you say maybe waiting to sort out the court case for a clean slate However its like Whack A Mole at Bricks with issues
I am not tempted yet to have another punt but I might be but the best of luck to those that do . I wouldnt like to hazard a guess where the cash position will look like at the end of the calender year Certainly will be dipping under £40m
Agree on Patterson-something needs to give. At least there is a new CEO that will expertly guide them through these very troubled waters ?
At what point does it become an acquisition project-I assume when the Class action is over ?
Looks like they might be dodging it this year .
Savage of Zeus keeping his head well below the parapet after last years predictions for FY22 have gone down the toilet
The arrival of Axel with their massive investment in Bricks & new kid on the block JNE partners & Momentum who hold just under 45% have done the private investor no favours .
No communication and seemingly happy with the deadweights on the BODS and them spending industrial amounts on marketing only to see instructions fall off a cliff .Failing to add any fresh revenue streams to compensate Still compliance and employment issues unresolved
If only someone of the ilk of Robin Paterson had a stake in Bricks who got his hand around the throat and fingers up the nose of the BODS of Countrywide as an activist shareholder to stir things up and land the spoils for investors
Those invested in Foxtons hoping for a repeat performance
It's a pure gamble that the major investors in Bricks are currently mixing something up behind the scenes to get this battleship out of the harbour Severly testing the patience of those invested
FY 23
Just coming to the end of the 1st month wth a very poor start where it looks like around 4,k fresh sales which is well down on previous years
