Which staff were getting retrained, I read, Denis was getting to know the company ( In my opinion as the CEO of a competitor ) he should have known a lot about the company already ) I heard nothing about Re-training. ??
Ok, the staff were being retrained since Jan. I am glad. Its in their best interest that this company does well.
What I can't understand is someone who's happy to see someone locked up away from family over Christmas just for expressing freedom of speech
He started it sir and he was rude to you the other day as well as my class mate Freddie, He's a school bully and needs a new school
You 2 ( and you both know who I am talking about ) are like a couple of squabbling schoolkids, grow up
The only person that personalizes and creates tetchyness is you BrandX
You don't have to read what I post
The sale and purchase was above board mention in the 2018 and 2019 annual report, presided over by sir Rodric Lynn and the BOD members and valued independently. The fact they've prolonged the trial is to keep Pavel out of the way. I wouldn't be surprised if his case is dismissed in late May. We also have the investigation still underway that should cover the property acquisition; so that's going to be telling. As for dodgy goings on in Russia, If you think that country isn't corrupt than you're a bigger plonker that I made you out to be.
Yes the systems are becoming increasingly corrupt in the west -just witness how the recent US elections were absolutely rigged
As for not wanting to meet you. You can't be that ugly surely
What a ridiculous point. I never knew when I first invested that POG would
1) go on the Russian stock exchange
2) Strukov an man with many question marks and deaths over his head, takes on 21%
3) Strukov in concert with everest oust the old board
4) That the founder and visionary Pavel Malovskyalong with Peter Hambro, would find himself in prison with no crime yet proved.
I think that should answer your silly question
what I cant understand is why anyone would be invested in a country if they felt the legal system was bad ?
has got very tetchy led by you know.
Law 13, I would never target anyone for no reason , certainly not for having a different view honestly held. but you act like someone dumped by his gf. endless carping, unreasonable support of people who have obviously done wrong.
The property sale is not complicated.. Have you ever been at the heart of business ? the auditors in theory work for the shareholders but in practice work with the ceo who signs the cheque for their fees. I rte4member how as soon as the huge bill arrived a messenger was sent with the cheque the same day. It sounds to me like the other directors such as Aliya a\re subordinate while the non execs rarely have much worthwhile input. Seems clear that Pavel like many ceo was very much in charge, the main mystery is what part Hambro played.I wish I knew more about the valuer/ valuation, but I dont.
One assumes one simple transaction has been used to stop Pavel scarpering, much more to come ? Your remarks about the dodgy russian but great legal system here are absurd , think julian assange . done no crime but put in top security jail, solitary confinement for 2 years now and long into the future. A miracle he is still alive but you wont know because the equally wonderful BBC etc reported nothing about the trial gone on 6 weeks 5 miles down the road. They did report about a couple of journalists jailed in Belorussia just this week though.
I wish I could keep up with diary date stuff assuming there is some ? but I am sat here thinking we will hear re pog and poly also sometime late march. For now, we just have to wait, dreaming about what we may hear. Those without patience, confidence or belief I hear Tesla is an exciting share , lots of news every single day.
Finally , I can assure you 13, you would not like to meet me face to face.
