Thanks to everyone for responding. It was my relatives first share purchase and might be his last for a while but I’ll let him know anyway. Assuming ORPH attains a share price we all know is very possible, then I don’t think he’ll be too disappointed in paying a bit extra in charges though! GLA
I wish they would get mixed up with buy/sell when I’m buying the shares.
Peter..I dont know how they get away with it..
Actually I don't care about buy and sells per se but the process of deliberately hiding trades and late reporting is scandalous.
Pete... In summary for trades above a certain level of volume (known as the EMS) which the MM has to honour as a trade volume then all trades above that volume can be delayed in reporting. This is not common in large stocks but is in micro caps and is allowed. It seems to be a feature of this share. Also if the MM widens the spread to attract buyers or sellers then often the mid price is largely irrelevant. The stock market guidance states that reported trades (sells/buys) are a guide only not set in stone as the underlying share price can move quickly and very close to the mid price etc..
The way i gauge this SP is always the bid price movement as the underlying volume (late reported) can be huge compared to real time printed trades. Hope that helps and others may have more detailed knowledge of course.
Fishboy post of 9:51. I agree totally. Anyone know why AIM can’t sort this out? Have they tried in the past? Has this issue been raised by financial journalists in the past?
A relative on mine has this morning purchased £40k worth of ORPH in one transaction (paying a little more than the ask) and that’s not showing on the LSE transactions. Why is this permitted also?
A market should be transparent and accurate to be of use. This Information can be just the opposite. Any information welcomed.
Acacia just sold another chunk of Synairgen, RNS today. On another note welcome to Adrian Wildfire, interesting times.
GLA..
This is nonsence - just bought 5K at 13.00
Same happening at 13.5. MM Games
Someone I know just bought in at 13.70 and it’s showing as a sell. So most/all that are showing are buys
