Great move up today.. Always remember CF is with you. He owns more shares than most on here ;)
Wow, so we may have the leading challenge agents entity in the company too, Orph going balls deep! Covid central, watch this space!
Has this Twitter news possibly linked with the out sourcing of 100 bed facility?
Agreed. They’ll be nothing more than options, it’s a one month old limited company, bit of a strange one but it’ll be interesting to hear what CF has got to say. The only reason it’s happening is to to add value. Me thinks it’s a little bit of Twitter hype. We shall see. GLA
Lol
I don't think this is any serious dilution. Probably a bunch of options.... works for me!
My take?
They add serious challenge study expertise
They add IP on a "light" COVID19 type disease that they can test against
CF has more shares than anyone on here, he’s doesn’t suffer fools, I can’t see this doing anything other than adding value. They are a small but niche outfit, the deal could be based on a SLA.
It looks like merger with CHIMagents

Looks like a merger with a company to help drive challenge studies. Stepping up a gear here, looks like a big company in the making. CF not messing around.
Give us a clue then.
Coming tomorrow folks
