Eggscellent.... lol
Hi Conger. I am sure you know that Oilex's Cambay field is one of many in the Cambay Basin, some of which ongc are involved with. Seems to me more likely that this is to do with one of those.
Also you'd think if any tendering was to be done it would be by Oilex, as the operator. Not being negative, just seems not to add up. Anyway, ad always we wait. Atb.
.... and grammatical ineptitude.
'the board is complete' or 'this board is complete'.
:o)
Yes that is what this sites needs someone correcting spelling, the is board is complete. :)
Kelly's Heroes
It famous words of Oddball, in Kelly's Hero's.
"Hey man less of this negativity. "
Any investment or development of Cambay is relevant to Oilex it adds to the picture that other companies are investing in oil/gas production in the same field.
Gordon ...I did think that too. When you log into the portal as a guest it doesn't allow any further details of the tender to be surfaced, so can't join the dots. The tender end date is 24th May, so only 10 days away. I have long thought that ONGC could be a potential JV partner, and if a deal has been included subject to legals and GOI approval, are they just getting their 'ducks in a row' so they can hit the ground fast?
Got it to work now, works on my tablet but not my phone. Gives little detail. How can this be relevant to Oilex, when neither the sale or government approval is finalised? Probably, to do with the other fields in the Cambay Basin that ongc is involved in. Atb.
Conger - Thanks for link
If this is anything to do with our acreage in Cambay this could suggest ONGC are the new JV partner? Going out to tender for the provision of rig services etc. Or am I missing something?
Put Cambay in tender search. Comes up with a reference which then disappears and 0 results found.
Where does it mention Cambay? Can't see it. Atb.
See tender is for 3 years.
Would you think that indicates a 3 year programme of drilling...or is the 3 years taken to ensure Oilex maximise every drill with a longer timescale, in case of delays?
So they don't run out of time?
