Gotcha - was misreading thought you were saying we would get 25% of 44% - sorry
Although still think this needs PR - maybe not an RNS but surely its worth communicating
Chuggley, it states in the contract that up to 44% of the work is expected to be sub-contracted. We can therefore expect anything up to 44%, but not least the agreed 25%.
"Where have you git 44% from? As far as i understand there are 4 members within the RTC and based on the recent contract sign each get an equal share - 25 % - so 25% of £75 million . Thats just the share of RTC antibody kits. We also have Mologic - CD4, Food intolerance and of course - when it comes mologic antigen"
The DHSC Contract with Abindgon Health indicates that up to 44% of the provision can be sub-contracted.
Agreed RegulatorUK, that is why I stated 'up to 44%' and not 44%. Happy for you to highlight that point though as it does make a considerable difference to ODX's share of the spoils!

My take is.....
So if the value of the contract is up to £75million - that is around 10 million tests assuming £7.50 per test. ODX will manufacturer 2.5 million of these as a minimum and therefore the value of that contract is worth £5-10million for ODX over the next year or so - all based on assumptions?
"So Omega Diagnostics could expect, up to 44% on the contractual work."
It's worth remembering that ODX is one manufacturing sub-contractor in the UK-RTC - BBI are also a manufacturing sub-contractor. ODX is guaranteed a minimum of 25% of the manufacturing but I don't think it'll get the full 44% permitted.
So a contract value up to £75,000,000 has been awarded to Abingdon.
Of that £75,000,000 there is the expectation that 44% of the contract will be sub-contracted.
So Omega Diagnostics could expect, up to 44% on the contractual work.
If it is a drawdown contract the work can be called off in tranches but still amounts to the same total overall.
Have I got this right??
