Trisor,
Unfortunately I won't be able to see you PM as from last Monday i am no longer a subscriber to this site.
But if you can post your message here, unless it contains info you do not wish to be shared openly, then I will completely understand if you do not post.
Rooky I’ve PM’d you
As far as I am aware the only recourse anyone has regarding actions, or lack of by the FCA is the UK Treasury and Parliament.
Make of that, what you will, but my view is that to complain to the Treasury or Parliament would be a complete waste of time.
That is why, if I can get the media involved (The Telegraph still has till the 25th of this month to accept an article, before I offer the evidence I have to another newspaper) I consider that the best option to expose any wrongdoings.
@Rooky,
Firstly, many thanks for all your endeavours here, it is much appreciated.
Turning to your post:
I had exactly the same sentiment in a reply from the FSA (over a different company).
I replied to them, in the same terms as you did.
Sadly, a complete waste of time.
They fob you off, with platitudes.
Basically saying 'f off' without using the words.
Or,
'How dare you have the audacity to trouble us when we are really busy, and you are a mere nobody'.
Dare i say, they are probably complicit in the whole manipulation shenanigans.
Does any-one know who polices the regulatory authorities?
Just received this from AIM regulation.
AIM Regulation considers all enquiries as regards the conduct of AIM companies and nominated advisers in respect of their compliance with the AIM Rules for Companies (“AIM Rules”) and for Nominated Advisers (“Nomad Rules”), and takes action where appropriate. Please note that AIM Regulation's remit does not extend beyond the AIM Rules and Nomad Rules. Further information regarding the remit of AIM Regulation, and that of other regulators and competent authorities, can be found at the following: AIM Regulatory Landscape.
As indicated, we can assure you that we consider all enquiries and investigate alleged breaches of our rules. However, you will appreciate that confidentiality is essential in maintaining the integrity of our work and, accordingly, please note we are unable to comment on individual enquiries.
Kind regards,
AIM REGULATION
My reply.
"Whilst I appreciate confidentiality, surely if a company has been reported to you and is found to have broken the rules, the person who has complained deserves a reply of any result, otherwise what is the point of complaining."
Tuan6,
I agree with your comments re the AIM, but I know there are more than myself that have put in complaints to both the FCA and the LSE.
Presumably it is someone on this chat that has sent me a private message, but as I am from today no longer a paying subscriber to this site (far too many errors), I can not access PM's any more.
You are a single men again the whole world of AIM . It is somewhat strange as it happened many years and nothing change about that. It should change regulations and law how the AIM regulate or if not nothing helps at all.
Top management should consider or looking at it now or this is the way it will destroy the whole way investor trust in AIM . Peoples take risk to invest on real AIM may be it fail maybe it work in return . But there are many criminals take advantage this way AIM setting up a false company with many false RNS to milk money from market the disappeared . After all they will set up a different company name and repeat again with the same tactic. That is not acceptable as who is going to believe AIM companys anymore?
Cheers,
I will put updates regarding my actions on here as soon as I get any.
If I do not receive any updates, I will note such on here once a week, just so no one thinks I am ignoring the issue.
Hope it helps, it's disgusting how AIM are allowing companies to basically defraud investors out of their hard earned money without any consequences whatsoever. They need to be brought to account. Thank you for pursuing this and good luck.
Thanks for that Jp1959
I think I read that article in The Telegraph or some other paper a few days ago.
I will leave it another couple of day, then if no reply from The Telegraph who I offered the details re NNN for consideration of publication, I will try to contact Charles Archer direct.

I bet cave sets up again with hepa filters ink and stuff , run into the ground by certain people !
Update....
I have received a reply form the FCA (2 working days), directing me to the most appropriate department for directing any complaints against Nanosynth Group.
report allegations of market abuse (they sent me those details via a link, so not sure if you can report direct this way)
Plus the by e-mailing aimregulation@londonstockexchange.com
Although I feel there is less than a 10% chance I will achieve any justice via these methods, what I am certain of, is that if you do nothing then the chance of success is Nil.
I am also awaiting a reply from The Telegraph.
I agree that it probably won't happen, but I for one won't let it go without a fight.
If no one kicks back at such behaviour, they the AIM will continue to be the jungle that it is.
When there is a persistent ramper or two, you just know how it’s all going to end.
EUA about to have the same fate. Rampers galore
I hear that Castle is still a buyer! Something about Volz and filters……
That will never happen. AIM is an unregulated paradise for bull💩 crooks.
So this dog has finally been put out it's misery.
No chance of a late minute recovery.
The fight continues to make sure that those responsible for it's death are bought to justice.
No business, no commercial product-well trailed by some of us.Where are all those aggressive rampers?
Well well well!
I thought I'd just pop in to see how it was all going. And just like I thought down the pan it goes.
Duff is absolutely 1000% a robbing scum bag.
I'm also now closing my share dealing account 20k down very hard lessons learned.
Update.
Note, unless you are an employer, past or present of a company you are complaining do not report via whistle@fca.org.uk.
I did so, and they forwarded my complaint on, stating that I should receive acknowledgment within 3 working days.
TheArts,
That's more or less my take on it, but your views are helpful and appreciated, thanks
You'd probably get a better chance of a return if you went down your local casino or bought a few thousand scratch cards with your money.
Let's not forget Duffin was paying himself £16k odd a month here for his wonderful leadership... At least he hasn't been left out of pocket. Wouldn't trust him to run a bath let alone a business.
That is why all new list shre they choose US market. There are little IPO in UK and more company move out . Time to leave UK share trade and looking other option.
It is not a casinos as it look but uncontrollable and unfunctions from top management. How many AIM shares have been going to administration but there is no punishment on its CEOs and BoD at all. Easy way to make money in the end this is on the death way to destroy UK trading market.
