Hi BrownAdder, to clarify, I mean gross profit not revenue, as turnover should be a lot higher but with all the setting up costs and the promotional expense we will be making a loss, with the subscription model and Napster business producing ‘bread and butter’ income we should move into a positive position. GLA
with all the claim of monumental increase in download / traffic there should be significant rise in revenue YoY - there should be or we will have hiccups
Hi LF, my reasoning for sub £1m is the majority of experiences have been promotional, I believe the LM experiences would have produced some income but not a huge amount as I’m sure we have ‘shared the love’, regarding the SP, as per the previous Arden Broker Note, 18p was their previous target without any mention of the Napster factor, i would be happy for 2 digits, however I believe Arden’s will target the SP higher due to the new business streams and the subscription model, it will be interesting to see Arden’s projection for the SP!! GLA
Yes 5.8p is the fair price of both companies combined before RTO. So leaping into double digit will be almost 100% gain.
Anything over 5.5p an I’ll be happy.
Hi LF,
Would like the share your optimism...1m will be great milestone, however As Italian mentioned highly unlikely. Also 18p (market value £400m) is a step too far. Personally any Sustainable double digit will be a good starting point. GLA
Mel i will be very surprised if our revenue is under i million tomorrow , we will soon find out :)
Hi LF, I would agree with Italian, I don’t see a substantial increase in revenue under a million would be my estimate, regarding investment, this I believe will be significant as MelodyVR was gearing up for a series of concerts, COVID-19 I don’t believe would have significant effect on these figures. As we are only a couple of weeks or so away from the Extraordinary shareholders it would be a good time to give shareholders information, however that isn’t expected from the directors. I do expect something to talk about in the coming weeks! GLA
fair enough LF.fingers crossed as you say.gla
Italian i am hoping for a revenue surprise tomorrow fingers crossed :)
well i would be delighted if there was a substantial increase in revenue but first the interims only go up to 30th june and second the majority of the content during that period was, i think, free. hope i am wrong but I'm nor remotely concerned at this point about historic revenue. napster will be game changing in terms of revenue ,so revenue will in due course sort itself out. it's the overall direction of travel and the napster synergy which i most looking forward to discovering in due course.
Italian i am hoping for the revenue to show a couple of million because of the 1000% increase , and there will be a lot of clicks to buy the shows after the invent IMO , doesn't matter this is part of a major music industry revolution and we are leading the way , the industry has allowed us to buy Napster and swallow the debt -----------------------------------------
evening LF. not worried as one thing we can be certain of is that whatever the content the s/p won't change. im not expecting anything of substance in the results as such. probably very little revenue, probably fairly significant expenditure etc. what will be interesting is if there is any form of update re napster. again i am not expecting any in advance of the admission document, but there may perhaps be something of interest.we shall see.
Italian yes , nothing to worry about when we see it :)
we do have results tomorrow i assume.
100% agree , next month will be showing us all the threads pulling in , all us LTH deserve an 18p open imo .
Could be a very interesting next week as we enter in to November
