So I've been in this since 2015/16 and all-in for about £60K+. Personally I gave up worrying about the share price a long time ago! it just isn't correlated and doesn't have the volume to stay consistent for the av. small cap trader. To be fair the management did try to change wider investor sentiment, but frankly this investment company is a hard story to sell until you can put a concrete valuation on the smelter royalty. I'm confident that in 18month something will unlock this companies potential, but until then its beholden to SFR and assay results in the Kalahari. I'm going to continue sitting an waiting for now
I remain positive & added a week ago. Feels like we are moving slowly but surely this week. Update was good but mostly reassuring re work progressing on the mine & assays being due. Assay results will be more material (& hopefully significant).
That being said we went down from mid 20s when the matsa deal was announced, which I thought was due to doubt on how we would fund our options. That's resolved & we are no benefiting from increased volume of SFR shares along with a higher share price. Only a matter of time till all these things are factored into the share price here. Ultinately were in a much better place than we were 6 months ago. Appreciation in share price could be any time but maybe some are waiting on where we are with funding KML's next exploration phase (unless I've missed this).
Uh oh, you're gonna continually be disappointed here, over and over again until you finally realise that no one has been interested in mtr since early 2016.
The bod don't give a damn about pi's, or the sp.
They had a sort of halfarsed effort a couple of years ago with the consolidation and buy back, then they changed their minds and issued 69% more shares, sticking two smelly fingers up at the little people, (krill/plankton, which is how they see us, our money feeds the whales).
A company with incredible potential, they just haven't figured out (or can't be bothered), how to unlock it.
SFR released a great quarterly report. RNS from MTR. No movement in the share price. It's like everybody has just lost interest.
