Kettle glad to see you didn't contemplate going for the hempen jig option.lol
What you mean there’s still hope. Just turning the gas off!lol
good man kettle!see you on the other side of the RTO.
After hearing all this terrible outlook I am out now. Lol
To be frank we all have been scammed by this BOD and GL is the ring leader.
Scot’s timing of call is irrelevant imo as he continued to correctly called it to fail at a different levels of SP and we didn’t want to believe him and chose to believe the people who scammed us.
Scotty wins...we basically called this one wrong as we bought or continued to hold and let’s accept we have been lied on and our money basically has been taken away by falsifying the reality of CRL by this shoddy management and market manipulation to keep us in the loop to milk us for more!
Not defending Scotty ways but his righteousness.
TF
Completely agree but more important to me is the reasoning behind backing up what they say.
If anyone had called the CRL for the reasons given in advance then I would say fair play but to call it for entirely different reasons even though they have been proved correct and we could all have saved a lot of money is mainly down to luck.
Yes there may have been issues regarding the competence of the BOD and this has been widely demonstrated imo since the CRL but prior to the St Valentine day massacre there were few folk putting forward strong argument as to why this would fail.
I would of been more impressed if Scott had called it in January.................rather than in May
Morning,
Yes Jackdaw the trading on here since US listing has always been unexplained in many ways and I for one thought the willingness of big institutions to buy and hold would in the end play out as I thought the strange goings on was related to the AMP lender.
We can all agree about the limitations of Lumsden in understanding how these markets work and in not being upfront with these strange trades.
He always told me that he did not know why but with all his various advisors like Peel Hunt I was always wary of this position and just thought he did not want to implicate Richard Morgan and the AMP lender.
Yes we know SP called this right but I stress again no one called the reason for the CRL in advance so yes with hindsight we can implicate GL in possibly hiding internal concerns over the safety of Iclaprim but it is hiactions post CRL that I have the major issues with in terms of how he has handled himself since then.
interesting article and particularly the contrast with the ethical requirements of the EMA.perhaps those of us who now berate ourselves for shortsightedness in investing here should at least acknowledge the possibility of greater and unknown forces at work to frustrate our ambitions.
I used to disparage any conspiracy theories about Iclaprim, as did many other sensible posters (eg Ivy) but, after the last couple of years if this, you have to wonder. A short summary: things were going well until the NASDAQ float,. then we had all sorts of mysterious dealings such that even well-informed commentators, such as "Jimbo" had to admit to not having a clue to what was going on, even after the "greenshoes" business came into our sphere of knowledge. If anything, the weirdness of trading has become worse. Then we need to have an explanation for Scott, plugging away every day. He could be shorting but I suspect a shorter would have made so much he could have cashed in any time over the past year and bought his citizenship to Malta with small change. So perhaps he is an accumulator or working for an accumulator who knows how this will pan out? I can't see anything credible in any other interpretation - anger with the BoD, no..... no-one in finance is that silly. Then, a few months ago, I started reading about ulterior motives within the FDA and the mechanisms it uses to review applications - and I began to have doubts about its probity. There are lots of sources out there, some of them as crazy as blaming Yovanovitch for Black Hawk Down, but I reference what seems to be a sober one below. The take-home message, I conclude, is that cash can influence, in ways that would be very difficult for the authorities to "prove", the approval of a drug or, even more easily, the timing of that approval. There's a mountain of cash to be made here by the obvious manipulation that could theoretically have been performed here and, given Trump's USA, the steps that needed to be taken are hardly the stuff of a John Le Carre labrynth. Of course, it's just a possibility, and I'm not signing up for the Area 51 package deal as yet, but it's one of the reasons I am holding on until the fat lady sings (or the Ukranian squeals):
