TAAF indeed, keep us updated with your holding progress and we can moderate accordingly haha.
I think there's plenty of time, a couple of pay days at least. Fingers crossed though, sustained positive movement in the not too distant future would be appreciated.
This and one other make up my major holdings so I may be selling a few bags elsewhere and adding if this starts to move. If we were at 0.35 in January that would be the first SP milestone for me. Even then it's still a bargain.
Hopefully more positive interactions and info sharing to come before the sharks smell blood in the water. All the best!
Yes, the investor presentation is nice and clear and judging by social media news things are progressing well in line with expectations. I agree more chat might get things moving but on the other hand I'm still building my position so maybe not too fast! I feel glad I might have found an AIM stock that towards the end of the year others will be thinking I wish I found that 6 months ago!
I have asked myself the same thing.
As far as I can tell, it's yet to be discovered by the masses and being on AIM it's not going to be in everyone's view, we are still in the wild west at the moment.
I really did go through the books early on and enjoyed the investor presentation too, the funding was there, the unique products were there, the leadership looked strong, to me it was a no brainer. Just need some news flow in RNS form and others will see it as derisked.
I also showed the reddit crowd my DD, but this is not sexy or dynamic company, however it is game changing and the potential for the products and systems are vast.
I'm sure the market will catch up sooner or later. Sooner would be preferable, but some here may need a bit more time to load up.
Perhaps if we get a good, positive level of chatter going on the board, we may see a bit more interest too?
Thanks NewUncle, just done a bit of googling, another positive! - Active on twitter too which seems to be a real SP driver at times
Takeaimandfire,
The only thing missing from your post is Gerry Brandon and his proven history of turning around lame duck companies. He will work his magic here too. Not long to wait now.
I’m a long time reader of various boards on LSE and normally invest without getting involved in the chat but in the spirit of MMA_Hemp’s first post I thought I’d do the same. I’m also moved to by the excitement of my holding in MSYS.
I’ve done a lot of research on this and to me it looks like investors are sitting on some huge potential for growth. My reasons for this are below, I’d welcome your opinions on what I’m missing as from what I can tell the current share price should fly any day now!
I base my opinion on the share price in 2015 (~40p) to where it was in 2019 (0.9p) prior to the effect of COVID which was well documented in 2020 on the assumption that as the global economy comes through COVID the 2021/ 2022 results will get back to at least 2019 levels (+300%) and potentially even more based on the exciting developments with Deepverge, the Chinese Market HoT, new operating model, etc, etc!!!
Between 2015 (SP 40p) and 2019 (SP 0.9p):
In the P/L
• Reported Revenue was higher in 2019 (782k V 872k).
• Gross Profit was higher in 2019 (304k V 338k).
• Operating Income, Margin and Net Income slightly lower but I would expect this to have been dealt with by the recent restructuring.
In the balance sheet:
• Liabilities much lower in 2019 than 2015. (608k V 291k)
• Capital and equity and the same
• Assets are lower (5m V 4m) but stock is far higher (73m V 456m) (let’s hope its converted to revenue!)
• Cash is lower (4m V 3m) – A note here as cash was much lower in 2020 (397k) due to the effect of COVID but I feel confident as the company is now coming through this and should be much higher in 2021 due to the February £5.5m (oversubscribed!) fundraising placement.
News and New to look forward to:
• Deepverge Services agreement
• HoT signed with Chinese partner, full agreement yet to be announced, product available for testing this year.
• Global economy coming out of the pandemic (we should at least get back to 2019 levels?)
• Revenues up 180% in Q1 2021 compared to Q1 2020
This all seems too good to be true to me so what am I missing?? Having read other boards of various industries I feel like if this was talked about as much as others there would be a lot of excitement around this suppressed share?
If you aren’t invested please do your own research on this. As you may notice I’m from a finance background so maybe missing something the accountants don’t see, perhaps the answers to this post will reveal all but I for one feel I’ve found an investment that has yet to recover post COVID and was previously undervalued prior to that in 2019, add all the potential for positive news coming this year and I think it could be a great find.
Thanks.
