Helpful news. The refinancing is a major milestone for the company's progress. Only thing left to prove is that the recurring revenue model is as robust as the company says it is. The buyers of the debt obviously think it is. £5 a share at least would be a sane price for now but it's going to be a while before the market trusts this company again thanks to Loosemore's selfish antics.
Reason I didn't buy any today was because of what Trump might have done about trade with China, just read now he has done nothing and now Dow is on the rise, so now these will definitely rise Monday.
According to Short tracker, Gladstone were short on roughly 5.05m shares yesterday, and this evenings large off book trade was for 5.025m shares.
Yes you could see shorters whacking MCRO all day they must have known what was coming and needed to drop the s/p to close their positions in the closing auction.
Should be a good day Monday, I am long at just over £4 I can see a fiver Monday GLA
Good spot on the huge UT. That's getting on for 6 % of the whole company.
There's a large off book trade after hours at 1749. Over 5 million shares (1.5% of the company), valued at more than 20 million quid at 406.74p. Also another late off book trade for 692, 000 shares, valued at just under £3m.
The two biggest shorters, Gladstone and Millennium, have borrowed just over 11 million shares between them.
Roll on Monday, I'm hoping all this is positive for shareholders?
Tried to buy some at 4.28 got a quote at 3.997 but I took to long to accept and it said could not complete then could not get another price aargh
Should have bought some more of these today, because I can see these rising Monday with that RNS.
the uncrossing trade from the auction was nearly 20 mil shs, total daily was only 26 mil - shorts closing probably - looking good for Monday IMO
